Scam

Scam, sent me the wrong item. The pumpkin dice and then refused to refund because of 'financial' trouble and the dice were all burned in a truck fire while still on sale on their site. It's a form letter they just send in response to every dispute because they sent the exact same thing to paypal when I disputed it.

The worst

Awful. Would give a 0 if I could. Pretty pissed and I wish I would've checked their legitimacy before I purchased from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered the Fish Pond d20 dice. Waited 3 months only to get the wrong dice (A d20 with a pumpkin inside, not nearly as large as what their website shows those dice to be). When I told them I got the wrong one, they said they were sorry but couldn't refund me due to "financial issues" and the Fish Pond dice was out of stock and to please accept the "replacement". I am livid. The d20 I got is absolutely not worth the $25 I spent for the Fish Pind dice that I wanted.

Hope this store gets trashed.

Scam rip off site

What a joke.

I ordered two items from this store: lucky penguin dice and an octopus necklace, but only ever received the necklace, but not even remotely close to what I ordered, but a cheap knock off replica piece.

After having been in contact with them over e-mails countless times with lame excuses I created a case with Paypal and got my money back.

Cheeky ridiculous suck puppets. Always coming up with bad excuses about financial trouble. Don't give this website a second of attention let alone any of your money.

They won't even let you review the items on the website. They need to be approved by the admin. What a laughable joke.

Awful Company/Customer Service that DOESN'T care about it's customers.

I ordered two D20s from this site, an "Amazing Fish Pond" D20 that featured a Koi fish in the die, and a "Lucky Penguin" D20 that featured a penguin inside the D20.

After a month of hearing nothing from them I contacted them asking where my items where. No one could give me any information so I requested a some kind of reassurance that I wasn't scammed out of my money.

"Your order is now being processed and handled by the shipping agency.

We will appreciate your patience in this matter. Delays may happen during the process of shipping orders. But rest assured that we will deliver your order."

That is unacceptable as at this point we were 38 days out and their normal delivery time to the US was 20 days. At some point in time I asked for my money back but "my order was being processed" so they refused to cancel it. Then I just asked them to do ANYTHING to show that they valued me as a customer and they were working to make things right.

"Hello,

We fully understand where you're coming from and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We'll make sure you'll receive your order soon."

That was on 7/13/20 its now 8/22/20 and I'm receiving a package from them. It's a D20 with a Jack-O-Lantern in it and it has a clear air bubble in the 20 side, which isn't what I ordered and it isn't even done well. After almost 3 long months of waiting I not only received the wrong item, but a DEFECTIVE ONE! I just emailed them about this so we'll see if they give me the "this is a handmade item" BS but man please just don't trust them. They are an awful company, that does NOT care about their customers.

Honestly if I could give them a zero I would.

Terrible Quality!

The worst service possible. Took 3 months to get the package. Delivered 3 and they were trash. The clasp isn’t connected. They have fish tank plastic leaves on them. Horrible quality. Such a rip off.

Screw Jellystores.com

I ordered from them back in April, i received my package two days ago (August 12th). I ordered the succulent pillow and succulent earrings. The pillow wasn't even half the size as advertised and the earrings came broken. I messaged them about the broken earrings and they asked for pictures. Its been 24 hours since I sent them pictures.

Update: the refused to give me my money back because 'we shipped a perfect product that was damaged in travel'. The earrings didn't even look like the picture provided. Oh, but they offered to send me another pair. Would I have to wait 5 months for those too?

What a scam

What a scam. I have completely learned my lesson. I will now google EVERYTHING before I buy. I ordered a succulent pillow and what I received for $34 wasnt even half the size and it was poorly constructed.

This store is part of a 3 ring scam with aliseshop and sln holding, avoid them

I purchased an item from Aliseshop and for over 30 days I received no contact from them and was unable to track the package with the false Chinese tracking number I was given. When I filed a case against them through PayPal they sent me a USPS tracking number that showed delivered (but guess what I didn’t receive any package). I looked deeper into them and found that they are part of what seems to be a 3 ring scam with jellystores and a company called SLN Holding. I will definitely be escalating this as far as I can.

Scam

This is, in fact, a scam store. And when they send you an item that is not even remotely close to what you ordered they will say they can’t issue a refund due to “financial troubles”

Likely a scam store

Likely a scam store, the pictures of their products are stolen from Etsy. Either you will get a super cheapo knockoff, or the item doesn’t even exist. In that case they will send you something much cheaper as a replacement, or just never send you anything at all.
AS A GENERAL RULE OF THUMB... don’t buy ANYTHING from unknown shops advertising on Facebook or Instagram.
