Ordered a new car key as mine broke in…
Ordered a new car key as mine broke in the ignition on the 1st September. I paid £140.00 and was told that the key would be ready in 24 to 48 hours. It is now the
15th September and I have called and emailed Jemca the Hyde and asked to cancel the order and have my money refunded. There has been no response except for being told someone would call me for the past week. No call has been received.
This is apalling.

Not many reviews on here about Jemca Toyota!!!
Anyway, my review is about Jemca Toyota in Reading. I have been using them for 15 years and more, mainly for servicing etc of my Rav4 and daughters Aygo. But recently I have purchased a brand new Aygo X and although a few hiccups, they have always delivered. This is also down to the excellent customer experience which I have had by Paul E, one of the sales advisors. It's not rocket science, but a good sales advisor can make or break a deal, even though the Toyota products speak for themselves. If Paul E was not as great as he has been, I probably would not have upgraded to a new Toyota, especially a brand new one. The other staff members are also integral to all this happening and they have and are also very good. I'm looking forward to this continuing excellent service.
