A total nightmare
Firstly I would like to point out that I was asked by them for a review while making the final payment and here it is.
The team: Light fitment fitted in the bathroom is not flush to the ceiling. Which I that pointed out to their manager at the time when he was present at my house. He said oh it’s your ceiling. I pointed out that the light they removed was flush to the ceiling.
New sockets and TV Ariel socket fitted in the bedroom. They were left loose.
The socket on the landing was just secured by one screw by one of his team. I pointed this out to their manager who secured it. I had noticed that one of his team attitude and errors asked their manager not to send him here .But the manager insisted that he would still send him to my house. He said that the sockets were safe and that he would come back when I decide to decorate my house!
In no way would I have agreed to that I paid you to do a job I wanted the sockets secured.
He argued and then agreed to send a team member out to secure them. The socket in the kitchen which was opened up by the member with the bad attitude. Kept losing power I contacted the manager who came out a few days later with the other member of his team . who said to him that the wires were left loose.They had to rewire it and the wiring to sockets that the other member had fitted in the dining room.
I heard the team members arguing saying I’m not doing that, and then the one with the bad attitude said he wants to spend time with his kids the other team member said so you’re going to leave me to do all the work.
The next day it was just one of them turned . He was annoyed with the one that had gone off to be with his kids because he had asked him to check something and it turned out,that he had not and lied. So he was left with more work to do.
Everything was taking long. Thier manager started doing the wiring underfloor in the back room upstairs. I heard all this water gushing. He had drilled through a water pipe he had not used a torch beforehand to see where he was drilling. He showed no do care and attention and gave no apology
The water leaked into the dining room Artex ceiling below. I had only decorated that room 2 years ago. He did not call a plumber out but did some sort of repair himself. How has that been done? Later that night when I turned the hot water tap on there was no water coming out. I rang their manager who came out the next day. He said that he had not turned the water back on. No apology from him. After they had finished the work (????)
A bulb blew in the overhead light in the hall and in the dining room overhead light/fan, and lost all electricity. I had to it turn back on from the fuse box. Is my house is safe?
The Certificate that should be sent within 28 days after completing the work had still not been sent nor the Report that is due of the work that had been carried out. I had to contact NICEIC and they chased the up the certificate.
I sent the repair quote for the repair to the dining room ceiling. to the their manager Instead of him being grateful that I had not had asked for an Artex ceiling (like for like)
He complained that the cost was high. If I had asked for an Artex ceiling it would have been far more!
I noticed he would always blame other people. For his and company mistakes
4 weeks after they left. I opened the loft hatch and they had left the light on and had left some of the installation pull up. They are your worst nightmare. If I could give them minus a star I would.

Top class service without the high cost
Marvin was engaging, respectful and knowledgeable in a lovely quiet way. The job was completed in good time and in a tidy fashion.

I first used them last year to replace a CU on the advice of Morrisons who put in replacement gas/electric meters for Eon to enable us to have a smart meter fitted.They did a very professional job and also checked out all our sockets,switches etc. I had to replace two ceiling lights so got them in again,another good job,well satisfied ,highly recommended.
