I’ve ordered for my wedding a pair of shoes. During the process u can very easily contact the team and ask for an update. Because I’ve received my package really late I got a full compensation. So it’s really a company that thinks with you. The shoes are really beautiful and functional. Due to covid I’ve received my package finally 2 months later. This is the fault of the delivery company Australia post. My advice to the team if it’s possible to look for another delivery company to work with. That will make the company a 5/5 :)

Great quality shoes and quick delivery. All boots give 40% less height than advertised, for example 7 cm boots only give slightly over 4cm in height. Nevertheless, 5 stars overall from me.

I ordered Mr. Ferras, 8cm height increase, it arrived earlier than expected. The shoes are comfortable and it really gives you that extra confidence. The quality is amazing! Will definitely order more.

Beautiful quality, great lift!

I got a substandard product delivered and with COVID I dont have the time to send it back.

Brilliant Shoes corrected my leg height discrepancy as stated with only a bit of tinkering. I initially ordered one size too big as my previous shoes had always needed several inserts. Jennen gave clear instructions as to their return policy and got my second attempt at sizing to me promptly.
I can easily say these shoes are helping me change my life for the better as I can now run after years of thinking there was no fix for a 4cm+ shorter leg.
Taking out the high insole on my longer leg was almost 3cm.
I recognise the majority of customers are here for some extra height, however, this is another market that doesn't have enough options and is often told by doctors about surgery - a pair of Jennen shoes is a much better step.

I had to return my purchase. The shoes were too bulky and big. I paid $26 to mail back my return. I still haven’t gotten notice if my return was received. I haven’t received my refund yet and it’s been over two months that I made my return.

My husband is very self concious about his height. He is a lot more confident now, with Jennen shoes for every occasion. Very happy with the quality of the product, and the quality of the customer service.
