While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. I'm Jenn Hudder, a life and business recalibration coach based in Hamilton, Ontario, working virtually with women across Canada. I work with women business owners and women navigating mid-life transitions, anyone who has reached a point where something in their business or their life has stopped fitting and needs a real look, not another framework imposed on top of it. I don't work from a signature program or a set container. Coaching starts with where you actually are. For most clients, that looks like weekly sessions alternating between a full hour and a shorter check-in, with ongoing support in between through a private online hub for voice notes, questions, and updates as they come up. Others prefer a monthly deep-dive session paired with lighter check-ins or a single on-demand session when they're facing a specific decision, pricing, an offer, a boundary, or a pivot and just need a thinking partner to work through it. I've worked with women at every stage of business ownership: just starting out, building toward growth, expanding a team, and in some cases, deliberately stepping back to simplify rather than scale further. Most of my clients never set out to become business owners in the traditional sense; they built something meaningful and became responsible for the business side along the way, often without anyone teaching them that part. Before coaching, I ran my own business for over a decade, so the business side isn't something I learned alongside my clients; it's where I started. My approach centers on sustainability over hustle: helping clients build a business that fits their actual life and capacity, rather than one that quietly costs them both. I also collaborate with the Hamilton Business Centre on the She Means Business program, supporting women entrepreneurs in the region.
