Astonished and Delighted

I was astonished and delighted at the gorgeous basket of flowers that Jennifleurs delivered to me on a Saturday with only a few hours notice. I ordered online and when I called to check they had received my order, all the staff were helpful and understanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough. So pleased to have found such a good florist. Thank you Jennifleurs.

Excellent Service

I cannot recommend Jennifleurs highly enough. From the moment I called the staff and management were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to fulfil my request and I was absolutely delighted with my completed arrangement. Thank you all at Jennifleurs.

Excellent!

We cannot express enough how pleased we were with the flowers for mum’s funeral. Apart from the ‘Mum’ and ‘Nan’ floral tributes and coffin top, we had an additional special request for a cushion of flowers with a pair of dancing shoes. Jennifleurs did an amazing job and the flowers were beautiful.

Beautiful, just perfect

I cannot rate Jennifleurs high enough! I had to order flowers for my sister’s funeral on behalf of my Mum who was unable to go herself. It was tough just walking into the shop but I was welcomed with smiles, reassurance and advice. The tribute was simply beautiful, just perfect, I requested lots of species of flowers and greenery which had meaning and were so significant to my sister. Every single one of them was fitted so elegantly and sensitively into the tribute. Thank you Jennifleurs for listening and bringing a smile to a very difficult day.

Excellent customer service and gorgeous bouquet

I Rang up this morning at 9.15am to see if I could get a bouquet for a friend who had recently been in hospital and was due to visit that morning with her husband to see if I could have them delivered to my home address . Although I knew the florist would be busy and I knew I was given them short notice It was honestly no trouble for them so I ordered a bouquet which they delivered at 11.30am as arranged. From ordering the bouquet of flowers to the delivery the service was excellent and my friend was really delighted with her gift she really loved them and I must say the bouquet was absolutely stunning. Thankyou so much for your expertise and your excellent service that you provided me with today I was so very grateful and would highly recommend Jennifleurs and will certainly be using your company again xx

Most beautiful arrangement

We received flowers unexpectedly from friends yesterday, and I have to say it is the most beautiful bouquet! The quality of the flowers and style of arrangement are both exceptional. I will definitely use Jennifleurs for local gifts in future. Thank you.

Misunderstanding

I have used this local florists for years but was astonished today that they turned me away. Why? I asked for funeral flowers to be sent to an address in N Ireland which I have done before many times, (unfortunately.) They told me that they didn't know which florists would be operating in the N Ireland town to order them from. They could give me a number of one to ring though. I could have done that myself at home but I want to support local shops and make a selection from their brochure. Thanks a bunch for no help at all. Quite simply put, they couldn't be bothered to ring round. I went to another florists and they did it no problem. Left totally gobsmacked by Jennifleurs attitude.

Thank you Phil for explaining the situation. All I was told was that you couldn't do the order as you didn't know which shops were open and which were not, in the N Ireland town. Had I been told more, I would have understood. Grief makes one touchy.

Dear Anne and users,

We have worked extremely hard through COVID and as was explained to you one of the small changes that we have had to make due to the ongoing situation was the stopping of placing orders on your behalf in other parts of the UK and especially overseas.

We were one of the only florists to remain open through lockdown hence we actually had no other florists to relay an order to. Upon lock down lifting many florists have remained closed or have been operating reduced hours. We have no idea of their stock levels or flower availability. We therefore took the decision to greatly reduce this particular service.

This was explained to you/Anne and that you would receive a far more efficient service by talking with someone direct and effectively cutting out the middle man. The local florist would be able to advise exactly what flowers were available and you would receive a much more bespoke and personal service.

I was present when my young Florist spoke with you and you were offered the service of us finding a telephone number for a North Irish florist that may be able to help. This was declined. I also spoke with you and further explained the current situation due to Covid.

The United Kingdom does not have a joint response to Covid and we do not know what current lockdown restrictions may be currently operating in Northern Ireland hence a local call by yourself would be far more appropriate to understand the local situation

Here at Jennifleurs we are not part of an actual relay service like Interflora as we find this offers poor customer value. We do have extensive links across the country and can generally in normal times place an order with a service charge of £7.50 but as explained, we have had to with draw this service due to Covid. We receive very little money in such transactions as clearly the money would go to the executing florist anyhow. This service has always tended to be for elderly customers who do not have internet access. I do not get this impression from you/Anne and as you/she has stated, you actually could have sorted this matter yourself from home.

Here at Jennifleurs we do of course value all our customers but this situation is purely driven by the current Covid crisis and not 'We can't be bothered' We also always want the best value for you the customer and this will always be arranging flowers yourself when relaying flowers away and is a position that I will always explain to customers in order to be totally transparent and ethical.

Its extremely disappointing that you feel the need to post a poor review without any proper context or satisfactory explanation of the facts.

I am more than happy to discuss this matter further and if you are passing please call in for a chat and a cup of tea so that we may reassure you in the future that 'we can be bothered'

I was in desperate need of helium…

I was in desperate need of helium balloons for my husbands birthday and could not find a company anywhere that could provide and deliver the balloons. I called Jennifleurs, told them what I needed, they got back to me within the hour with everything I needed. They were lovely, professional and incredibly helpful. The balloons were delivered on time and were fabulous. Thank you so much for your brilliant service.

Beautiful flowers - excellent service

The funeral flowers we ordered were so fresh and beautiful to look at. They were personalised from those illustrated on the website as the deceased was male, and so rather than pink and white, we were able to have purple and white flowers. Also, the display looked bigger than appeared on the website. The flowers were taken to the funeral directors at no additional cost.

Perfect fresh flowers

I ordered all my mum’s funeral flowers from here as I don’t know any florists in Colchester but I can’t tell you how pleased we are with the. I will definitely use this florist in the future as I see they deliver to Clacton. Thank you so much for making my mums funeral the most beautiful it could be xxx

Fantastic flowers.

We needed a couple of tribute arrangements for my Nan's funeral and contacted Jennifleurs.co.uk after seeing the pictures on their website. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and said they could do any arrangement we wanted. We ordered a MUM tribute with raised letters, a life sized Poodle tribute and a basket arrangement, and all I can say is that they have some really talented florists in their shop because the arrangements were AMAZING!! We really couldn't have asked for anything better. And add to that that we live over a hundred miles away from their shop and they were delivered to the Funeral Directors via our house in perfect condition just shows how good they are.

A massive Thank You to everyone at Jennifleurs for helping us to give our Nan the send off she deserved.
