Don't order from them

Placed my order.after 2 weeks i I contacted customer service. It was at that time I was told the wallet I ordered was out of stock. They did offer a different wallet in it's place. It's supposed to arrive in a few days

Still waiting...

Ordered a wallet bundle on Feb 21, a week later they email to say the wallet is out of stock and if a different one was fine, I say okay. Mar 10 I get my package of half of my bundle, NO wallet. Today is Mar 17, nearly a month later and I still have no wallet and customer service through emails is a joke. This was meant for a birthday present which has long passed now thanks a lot.

Very slow service

The item was ordered on the 13th of February.
The estimated time of delivery is one month after the order, and not 7- to 15 days, as stated in the order receipt!
This has to be improved if the seller wants his business to thrive. Consistency and credibility are of paramount importance!
