Excellent customer service and speedy delivery!
I was able to speak with a very helpful person at Jepsons regarding the jeans that I wanted. I then ordered online and they were delivered next day even though I had not requested next day delivery. Excellent customer service and speedy delivery!

2 reviews and an email making this claim. As explained, we can assure you the coat is brand new and not covered in 'pet' hair. It is simply lambs wool and mohair fibres from the jumpers and scarves (and even the coats own faux fur hood) in the Barbour display. While we are sorry that we didn't pick up on this and de-lint the coat before posting, we did send you a picture of our displays as an example and offered a partial refund as a good will gesture, but with no further reply.

Just purchased some great shirts with excellent service
Just purchased some shirts - great service as always, nothing too much trouble, and they made a minor adjustment for me in the stitching, I don't think there is anywhere else locally that you can purchase men's wear and get them to adjust the fit all on site.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that these don't seem as good a quality as your previous pair. Bruhl do make their chinos in a huge variety of different cottons and weaves, from 'Superfine Pima Cotton' to 'Cashmere Touch Brushed Cotton', as well as dozens of others. Their prices currently vary from £89.95 to £129.95 so there are different quality fabrics to choose from, however their manufacturing process is always the same. The model 'CATANIA B' refers to the fit and not the fabric so it's possible that you have previously bought a different fabric. Tommy Hilfiger sizing is very confusing in the UK. Up until 2020 they only displayed US sizing on their labels. They changed this to include Euro and UK sizing however this was still confusing because the Euro sizing (which are true measurements) still didn't match up to the correct UK sizing. This shirt is a Euro 38 which with every other brand we stock equates to a UK size 12 therefore, as you will see on the label we altered the sizing accordingly. Until it was corrected a lot of UK retailers did this for the first couple of seasons so items would be true to size based on the Euro measurements because items were coming up far too big.
