Very disappointed with this company…

Very disappointed with this company after first time of ordering. Ordered a pair of Barbour sandals and need to return them as one strap shows signs of obvious wear compared to the other. Sent photos and emails but no responce. Called the store but permanently engaged. Not good service.

I can only guess it was unfortunate timing when you tried to call as we have had no issues with our phone line.
I can assure you that all of our items are brand new. I'm not sure how a strap on one of the sandals could show wear, unless it came from the manufacturers that way as size 8's are not used for display, rarely tried on which is why they were half price in the sale.
However we will of course resolve the situation if you attempt to send photos to our email or start at return request via our website.

Hi Rosie. I can assure you that the email with photo was sent to the above, correct email address and therefore, bemused at you not being able to conveniently find. In addition, I have called at various times throughout today, Thursday 21st Aug, to no avail as no response, which is surprising and disappointing if as you suggest, no issues with lines and sufficiently manned to accept customer service queries! To be sure and in response to your assurance that you will resolve to my satisfaction, I will resend email so plse be vigilant and look out for its arrival. An initial issue but resolved promptly and a good result

Update: following my review the company reached out to me and explained the reason my cancellation and email had not been responded to and arranged a full refund.
I was very happy with the way this was then dealt with. I can appreciate how the original issue occurred and cannot fault their actions to rectify the issue.
Happily updating my review to reflect this.
Would now deal with this company again.

I sent an email immediately after placing my order to cancel it and it still got sent and I have still yet to hear back from them re cancelling the order.
No response to emails.
Would unfortunately not buy from again.

First Class Service.

Ordered two items i had, had my eye on for a wee while, they were promptly dispatched, beautifully wrapped, and i received them very quickly. A nice little shop with lots of good quality clothes and accessories. I would be very happy to use them again!
