Paid but never received my jersey. They don’t reply to messages or emails and have taken down their Facebook page.
I will be taken them to small claims court soon. Down with being scammed.
Response to answer: I have emailed that exact email address five times over the last three months. I have included the order confirmation and order number in every single one of those emails. Also no response.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I followed all the steps required for a refund and it has been over 6 days with no refund and no confirmation email. Customer service has been unhelpful and there has been no clear communication about the status of my refund.
At this point it feels like they are avoiding issuing the refund they owe. I would not recommend buying from this company unless you’re prepared to deal with a frustrating return and refund process.

If you’re getting a mystery jersey, I recommend buying a size larger than you normally wear. They actually tell you this when you order it. If you’re ordering a specific jersey and add a patch or name to it, then you should plan for a wait. If you’re ordering a stock jersey the shipping time is about as expected. All in all, I highly recommend Jersey Loco.

SCAM. Placed order, after a month, nothing. No responses. After I threatened to report them as fraud, they responded that they were looking into it but nothing. THEN? Spam texts asking if I enjoyed my product I never received. TERRIBLE company. They will take your money, drag you around and waste your time, not deliver AND try to sell you more.

Jersey Loco is a scam
Jersey Loco is a scam. I have placed my order in November of 2025, I have yet to resolve the issue. I tried calling the location never answers the phone AI responds with a text without a solution. I have emailed multiple time with AI Responding ," We understand this must be frustraiting... " NO solution. This has been the worst experience, for merchant customer service. I am pending a solution to this as soon as possible. I gave BBB review and on their website they say there belong. ALL is false advertising.

Customer service / fulfillment nonexistent
I bought two soccer shirts in October 2025 and, in the process, was offered a half-price deal on a third. The first two arrived. The half-price bonus never arrived. It's now March 2026. I've asked countless times about order status. Most times, I got no answer. The couple of times I get a reply they have said "Your order is processing. Shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks." Then nothing. I don't want a refund (or file a claim with my cred card issuer) since it was a good deal. Order from Amazon instead of these fly-by-nights.
