Nightmare..Tried to Contact 9 Times from Sept 2022
Now Jan 2023 Leeds utd Shirt Never Arrived & Mo Reply
Paid £74.99 but no reply Got 8ntouch with Barclaycard to See if they can get my Money Back

Took ages to arrive then it turned out to be the wrong item. I also think shirt is a copy as sent from China and label print was very faint. Their customer service is poor 3 messages sent and no reply so money lost!

I ordered a Leeds United shirt (long sleeve + Premier League badge (£89.99) on 10 October 2022. On 11 October 2022, Jersey Ocean emailed to say they had refunded the money. There was no explanation. On following up, I was told it was out of stock. As of 24 October 2022, I have not received the refund.
I was told they had short sleeve version in stock and I ordered that on 12 October 2022 (£74.99). On 19 October 2022, I emailed JO asking about the status of the refund and the delivery of the second order. As of today, 24 October 2022, I have had no refund, no shirt, and no response from JO. So far, I've lost £164.989.
It seems to me that this is a scam.

Every email I tried to send came back.I have tried 3 Times now to Send A Live Chat Message but nothing has Materialised as yet..

I'm a patient man so the long wait does not bother me much but the product I received frustrates me tremendously. The colours are way off (see the link for images [edit: I did not know trustpilot does not allow link]: it's supposed to be dark red + beige not bright red + white. You can look up the original jacket called: Liverpool FC Fossil Hooded Windrunner to compare). The two tags on the same jacket tell different origins! (the one on the back neck says Made in China, the one on the side says Made in Vietnam). The Nike logo was not printed centrally on the tag, which did not look genuine at all. Customer service insisted the product is 100% genuine but I find that extremely hard to believe. They also say the real product colour might differ from the ones in the ad. This is entirely false because a quick search for real life images from other sellers in the Internet could tell you that there's definitely something off with my jacket!! Gutted for this horrible experience.

I purchased a jersey it was too small. Still in original packing with tag and they won’t do a return. I spent hours trying to get a hold of someone. This is a scam… stay away!!!!!

This is 0 stars if I had the choice.

I found jerseys here at a discount price 15% cheaper than some other sites. My order was delayed around 4-5 days but it was worth it. The quality is just PERFECT!!
WOULD recommend this site, I am gonna to buy again
