Jersey4all is a scam company, placed order on September 18th. Sent email saying order dispatched. Didn’t hear anything for one month. Have sent them 10 emails asking for an update and they have ignored every one. Disgusting company. Please do not order from them

Ordered a shirt on the 30th of September was told it would be delivered between the 9th and the 19th of October. I’m still waiting now. It is the 19th of November. when you email them all they do is fob you off and don’t do anything about it. I will never order from these again.

Ordered from these start of October for my twelve year olds birthday the end of October was to arrive before his birthday still no sign!no response to any emails and tracking is not available!SCAM!!

18th december Update on this review still no refund appalling customer service and zero responses!!! I ordered a shirt back at the beginning of October liverpool away shirt via the website I've been emailing as its the only way to communicate with them so far I've had 2 replies one saying it was delayed and another with a fake photo of bundles of shirts saying would be here by 16th November still no shirt and no replies I've emailed at least ten times disgusting customer service

If I can give less than one star I will. I was told my order would arrive between 4th and 14th November, I am yet to receive them till now, emails I sent have not been responded to, reading other reviews here now further confirms my fears. I think I've been scammed. I've gotten my bank involved to get a refund.

I received an email over 4 weeks ago that my package was shipped, and I still haven't received it. I can't track it on the website nor the couriers website and it is a nightmare to contact them! I have spent 70+ euros and still waiting on a response for my refund. It's a Christmas present so time is of the essence. What a disaster. Wish I read the reviews before placing an order!!

I'm still waiting for my son's birthday present which was on October 29th. I placed the order on September 22nd.

Can you give less than 1 star?... I mean that still gives the impression the service was poor. But in reality there was no service.
Its a SCAM. do a charge back on your credit card. I have been waiting since 29th September and they have emailed me the same picture of a shirt saying this is proof of postage 😂. 10 weeks I've waited and they email me telling me all the excuses.
If you have lost money, do a charge back through the bank.

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. I purchased in October and have not even got a reply from them. Absolutely useless. Save your money.

I ordered an England Jersey on the 30th of September and I've still yet to receive anything. I emailed them a month ago asking where my Jersey is and they said it'll be with me in 2 weeks time but I received nothing. I emailed them asking for a refund and they said they'd give me a 40% refund but they didn't give me anything. So I emailed them but they blocked my email and I'm unable to contact them for my refund. The last time I heard from them was on the 28th of October when they said they'd refund me

Never ever ever order from this company they are scammers, ordered a jersey from them over a month ago, they have emailed me over 2 weeks ago stating there has been an issue with shipment and offered me a 25% refund but I have yet to receive any refund or a jersey.. I have since tried to email them and they have blocked my email from contacting them. Their ‘company’ needs to be investigated and taken off the internet

Placed an order on the 29th of September and still have not received it. Contacted them via email mid October and they replied to say there was an issue with the shipment and it should be with me within the next 2 weeks. They did not send a new tracker number and I still haven’t received the parcel. I am now going to report this as a scam and hopefully get back the money that I have lost.

My order on Oct 2nd has not arrived. The one and only email response from them advised that I would receive it by Nov 6th. Tracking info has not been updated and they haven’t responded to further messages. Do Not Trust This Supplier. My devastated son used his birthday money and savings of nearly $180 AUD for this purchase. I have reported this to my bank and I’m awaiting a refund via their fraud refunds. If I could have rated 0 stars I would have.

Absolutely shocking too deal with ordered on the 10th September still no jerseys. Asked for a refund was told that it's processed on there end give it time. 3 weeks is enough I think. Avoid avoid avoid
