4 months ago, I ordered a particular jersey only to receive something different 2 weeks later. I notified Jersey Teams World of the discrepancy. They acknowledged the issue and asked if I would pay shipping for the correct item. I complied but to this date, i still have not received the correct item. Several attempts have been made to contact customer service. No response.

No response from vendor - wrong item sent worth MUCH LESS than the original item — do not order from these crooks! Look at Trustpilot reviews first who I mistakenly DID NOT DO.

This is a scam site. Unfortunately, I fell for it. Ordered a jersey. Shipping was delayed. When the item finally arrived, it was incorrect. After repeated requests for a replacement, the company offered to send the correct item if I PAID ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS!! I refused and requested a refund. They have stopped responding.

I ordered the Jersey on Jan 16 info received Jan 22 Feb 10 no movement???

What i received is nothing like what I ordered.

Took longer than 8-10 business days. Wouldn’t order anything else from them.

Took very long to receive the order and it was not what I had ordered, The return options required returning to Morocco with the buyer paying shipping costs. The return had to be made within 30 days of the original order which was not practical due to the time that it took to receive the original order.

It was an easy, effortless process since I didn't experience the contrary. I got what I was looking for that I couldn't retrieve on the other sites. However, the little inconvenience was getting my order on time. It took about a month for me to get it. I understand, the item was on back order due to a high demand. Other than that, all was good. Kudos!

Wrong items sent..emailed customer service on 1/9/26 with photo proof No response Wish I had read these reviews.....

You have a Nike logo on the jersey and it’s not Nike at all, you are selling counterfeit merchandise.

It has been 3 months still no update on the purchase or tracking number. There isn't even a US person to contact in case of a incident just a Chinese address as a point of contact. Avoid this store. We spent over $300 on "official" jerseys only to end up empty handed.

I would give no stars if that was an option. I was sent the wrong item (ordered 11/28) and notified Jersey Teams World immediately (12/16). Two weeks or so late, they finally responded to multiple emails stating the jersey would be shipped and to check their URL for the status. After days of showing that nothing had been shipped, I sent another email. The reply was I could keep the incorrect item and they would ship the correct item when I paid an additional $30. I refuse to pay an additional $30 to correct their mistake. I am stuck with a jersey I did not want and paid $79.99 for it. Do not buy anything from Jersey Teams World. Their business practices are unethical.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them! I ordered two jerseys the end of November for my grandson for Christmas and to this day still have not received them! According to tracking they sat in Dallas for 2 weeks and then when I finally received a package from UniUni delivery it was a puzzle. The delivery co takes no responsibility on this and closed the ticket. Now I’m trying to get my money back with no luck. I would give them a zero if allowed. I guess I just lost $139 to them. Please read reviews before ordering from them! Service is horrible!!! It’s the middles of January and still no response🤬🤬🤬🤬

I would give them negative 0 they took my money and sent wrong size jersey after three 1/2 wks and no shorts or socks that was paid for and after numerous emails.No correction and they want another $30 for delivery For not sending anything I ordered .I will NOT
Send them any more money for there mistake. Please
Don’t do business with them they are criminals.

Ordered a long sleeve kit and received a short sleeve. I've emailed for help resolving this error to no avail.
