Terrible quality
The quality of the plants I received was shocking. Half dead and eaten by larvae (still on the plants). I was told by their "kundeservice" that, as the plants were "insect friendly" that they would be targets for bugs. And I was assured that it is the health of the roots that counts! All well and good but I would never have bought their substandard product if I had seen the state of them.
A thoroughly dissatisfying experience: from the terrible quality product to the unresponsive and ultimately unhelpful customer service representatives.
Do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere.
PS. What a joke! They asked for pictures of the plants so saw first hand how bad they were! If only I could post them here...

Superb experience
Super fast shipping, plants were carefully wrapped for protection and even more beautiful (& bigger!) than pictured on the website. Will be buying more in the future! :)
