This was an awful experience. I ordered a suit for an interview and first off the said it was available for next day dispatch then they emailed to say it was delayed so I asked them to cancel and they replied you can’t cancel unless within 15 minutes of ordering. When the suit came it looked more like pyjamas and not even in the right colour. I reached out and was told I would need to pay £40 to return the suit to their warehouse in China or keep it for a 10% refund. Contacted the bank and got it sorted but would not recommend. I was wishing I had read other reviews the name is misleading as it is not a uk company

Was taken in by the Company being called Jesse of London which is false they are a company in China, as I have found out to my dismay this is the second time I have been duped by a company in China before believing it was a UK business will never order from this part of the world again
Ordered a dress for a wedding never arrived until too email late and also a blouse which is not cotton 100% polyester as was the dress, poor quality.
Advised to go on Jesse/happy returns which did not recognise email address or order no. have emailed without any response and judging by the reviews will appear that I have to put this down to another bad experience- GUTTED

Terrible product, very cheep looking and very small size. cannot return or get refund, as saying need to go back to Chinese wear house, they can return only 10%!

Terrible product. Took weeks to arrive. Not even vaguely as described, unwearable rubbish. Chinese warehouse scam. No return of product available. Disgraceful company. Cheers Amazon for letting another load of thieves on your lousy site. Wont be back. Hello ebay sellers, you are the best of a rubbish bunch.

I ordered an outfit from this website, they promote quick delivery however the item had taken over 3 weeks to be received.

When it has arrived, the quality is terrible so I want to return the item. When I have emailed them on numerous occasions to arrange the refund and return, I receive no response.

Avoid at all costs!

I see that there is now another Jesse London on trust pilot showing fake reviews!! The website looks the same as the scammer one! Why is this permitted?? It’s a corrupt world!!!
And ofcourse they didn’t refund me
10% as they said they would! They just cheat and lie to all the customers like they did to me. The Karmic Law will catch up with them!

The good things: they email back pretty quickly. The shoes were ok, primark level quality really but fairly cheap so ok. Unfortunately, it took forever to turn up and then the sizing was not great. I ordered my usual size, in fact, I ordered up half a size and they were too small! Probably half a size to a size too small…. And then, it turns out it comes from China (don’t think it’s all British because of the name - it isn’t) and you have to fund returns yourself if there isn’t a fault (though could you argue the sizing being rubbish is a fault?!) so it could cost up to £40 to return! Mad. Was offered a 10% refund if I just kept the shoes so took that as I’m not paying more than the item is worth to return it (which will also no doubt take weeks on end). Regret ordering from here and certainly won’t be again.

Ordered blazer 2 weeks it has not even left china. Company looks like uk based but its not. No phone number support as stated just answer machine. Sent email and no reply. I will be lucky if I evr get the product delivered.

Shocking company. Based in China NOT London as the name suggests. They send cheap items that are nothing like described and if you want to return you have to pay massive fee's to send to China.

Avoid this basically cheap online clothing store, website looks v professional but don’t be fooled. Poor quality and fitting, then you are expected to foot the return back to china, (despite return address on package being London) which will hopefully get there within the 30 day return policy.. offered 10% refund and to keep items, which are no good to even give away. Scammers

Bought 2 Fair-isle KNIT cardigans, £80 for the 2.
I have only received one and it’s not a knitted cardigan it’s a polyester, cheap button up jacket effect top, awful.

Only wish I had researched this company on Trustpilot prior to purchasing item - lesson learned!!

Not a real store and not in London - jesse-london is a front for chinese dropshipping company. Low quality aliexpress quality goods at 3x the prices that take a month to arrive and are impossible to return.

If you've already ordered, do a chargeback with your bank immediately, don't bother with their returns process as they won't pay up.

They sent me the wrong sized shoes, refused to believe me when I sent them photos of the shoes, refused to pay for a return (which their returns policy said they would do), begged me to accept a partial refund and now my parcel which I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN TO CHINA is with chinese customs... and jesse-london refuse to pay the import fee to collect it.

Google their name and address: "Wang Maoqin, Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang" and you'll find a dozen other companies registered with this address and running similar scams.

I've tried to work with them but wasted months waiting for this to get sorted out. I'm out £60 with no shoes to show for it.

Long delivery wrong sizing tiny size 12!!! about size 8. Very poor quality

They need to be more responsive on emails. I have an issue with order that arrived. Very poor quality and they want me to return at cost of 30.00 when item was not more than that. I have been chasing order due to time it took to arrive

Nice clear website offering the dress I was after. Delivery was slow but you kept me informed all the way. The dresses are lightweight and brightly coloured just right for the summer.

This company is a complete scam, items that arrived were really poor quality and nothing like the picture. I then returned the items in Dec 2025 recorded and signed from through Royal Mail which cost over £30 to send and it’s now April 2026 and I have still not received a refund. There is no way of prepaying the customs fee or getting in touch with customs and Royal Mail are not responsible as far as they are concerned, it’s a customs issue. I have been in touch with Jesse London many times. They are polite but essentially say they can’t do anything unless it’s released from customs. So your items go into a black hole which you can do nothing about and no one takes responsibility for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF BUYING FROM THE UK. A company like this in China should not allowed to continue selling to the UK. The website claims easy returns, does not mention the issue with customs and the fact it cost a fortune to return and is deceptive in that it makes you think they are UK based unless you look at where the company is registered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

These people are also masquerading as other companies - Lucy-Rose London, Wolker Hade and Azzoria. Thieves and scammers!

Complete mis advertising to hook you in to buy. They advertise as though they are in London when they are in China. The goods took forever to arrive and were so small despite them being sized correctly. It cost me £34 to send two items back to China.
Very disappointed and will never use this company again.
