Jessica designed us a website but once…

Jessica designed us a website but once it was built and paid for does not give any support or assistance, we expect to pay for extra work but I honestly think she does not fully know how to do the extra work and just uses simple templates that you could do at home yourself. Avoid at all costs no support or responses to emails once you have paid. Jessica please feel free to contact us to help resolve our issues and I will remove this but im left with no alternative after numerous calls and emails by my staff to yourself and its now becoming urgent as know one can work out what youve done and how to change a few things
