ordered some computer parts, 12 hours later receive an email that I have to contact order verification to push the order through. I call, answer every single question, verify every detail. A few hours later I get an email that the order is canceled. What a joke

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses that were in stock. I went to check on my order and they were cancelled- and one was even returned back to stock. I got NO update, no warning, and no explanation. WTH.

Jet.com is trash 🗑🚮

Just had an absolutely abysmal experience using Jet for our grocery shopping. We did a large order which ended up being 9 boxes delivered. The delivery person left all 9 boxes in the lobby of our building, even though I was home in my apartment ready to receive the shipment, so I had to lug 9 boxes upstairs to bring them in. To make matters worse, I received NO notification that the boxes, which contained perishable items, were even there!! I got a text from my neighbor saying that I had 9 boxes waiting for me in the lobby. Lastly, they packed a loaf of bread next to a large container of juice so of course that got mashed. Meanwhile, a small cardboard box of Splenda got at least 3 layers of packaging protection. Where’s the logic in that??

When I complained to customer service, they only gave me a partial refund instead of a full refund. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EVER!!!! Save your money people, use another service instead of this trash.

I bought 3 tins of the Uniquely J…

I bought 3 tins of the Uniquely J cookies. I don't know the condition of the cookies I gave my grand daughter, but the other 2 were broken in to little pieces. One container had 2 cookies that weren't broken. The package was inside a tin, so don't know how this happened. I do know it was embarrassing to give these as a gift, and they were all broken up.

I bought a $169 tent that lasted 4 days…

I bought a $169 tent that lasted 4 days but because I was outside of JET's shockingly CRAP 30 day return period I could get no refund for there CRAP product.

I will not shop there again.

I have already sent multiple emails in discussions with JET who just referred me to the manufactures customer services. JETS 30 return policy still stinks and their customer service pretends to be good but is honestly shockingly awful.
I will never shop there again.

Immoral? For sure Illegal? Must be...

I placed an order for 7 items. All were shown in stock when I ordered.
6 arrived, one didn't. Waited a week and called. After a few on hold I was told the item isn't in stock and was issued a refund on the spot. So far so good...
Looking at the refund - I was refunded the cost of the item, but not the Sales Tax that was charged for the item. I asked the lady about that and after a few more minutes on hold she comes back to tell me they can't refund the Sales Tax.
So I went on tho ask her this: "If I buy 20 items and return 19 you still won't refund the Sales Tax you charged me?" And she said: "That's correct"!!!
Immoral? For sure
Illegal? Must be...
Jet.com - You just lost a customer for life!

SEE this LIE - BAD WORD

See this lies:

THEY do not ship UPS store, POSTAL CONNECTION, FEDEX KINKOS and other legit Postal agents as POST OFFICES TOO.

Just wanting to elaborate on the shipping policy we discussed on the phone.
So to be clear since Jet's start, one of the few reasons we do not ship to mail forwarding services is because Fedex has made it clear to us that delivering to individual P.O. boxes slows delivery rates and can potentially cause a backup or orders.

That means all packages stolen from street in NYC

Given Fedex is one of our most used carriers we took this information and established our policy of not mailing to these select locations. It overall ran the risk of slowing delivery times for our customers, especially those in dense city areas, and costing the business.

However this was only one of the reasons we decided to put this policy in place. Another major factor was that a home location, for the majority, was a safer location they could monitor themselves. Leading to less theft upon delivery. Which is often a big issue in city states we noticed early as we were founded in New Jersey.

Greed ruins everything good

They are now charging a $6 fee for fresh/frozen deliveries. They say it's to ensure it gets to me cold, with driver updates, etc. Which is funny because I've been getting my food cold, with driver updates, and within scheduled delivery times without having to pay a $6 fee before. If it wasn't necessary then it isn't necessary now. Will not use Jet anymore.

Edit: Now they've raised their scheduling fee to $10. Like I said, greed.

Jets customer service is just Awesome

Jets customer service is just Awesome. I love the jet heads they always take care of me. However the shipping department is seriously lacking in packing and handling techniques.. I ordered a case of heinz ketchup for my mobile restaurant. First order arrived box broken open and missing some containers was tracked by fedex as damaged in another state before delivery ! Big ketchup mess like a zombie movie. Jetheads sent order #2 that was flagged by fedex as damaged and returned to the sender it just never arrived here. They actually called me to inform me and sent order #3 which guess what, came in giant way too big box with little packing and the delivery man was rolling it like a 3 foot square wheel just to big to grasp and lift. It was smashed fubar and ketchup mess all over again Zombiefest. Kitchen Manager rejected delivery on health code violation. There's a video of that on goggle drive. Finally got a no hassle refund from jet after 3 big strikes on the shipping and handling.
By the way i discovered in this process that Jet is actually Walmart now its another walmart company ok ! Next time i will shop there and skip the free shipping fiasco. So now you know. Im still rating Jet 4/5 stars and continue to buy other goods from them as i sincerely love their honey which has been amazingly delicious and problem free for me, as well as many uniquely J products which are unavailable elsewhere. Buy with confidence they will back it up if something goes wrong.

Third order with these folks and they…

Third order with these folks and they do an outstanding job, price, shipping etc. Just received an order today and one bottle of 10 was broken (glass packaged very good) cost was 4.74 per bottle. Contacted them on their CHAT line. Young lady very nice didn't question me a lot about the problem and simply said we will send you two bottles freight paid will arrive in 3 days...Folks don't do customer service that way anymore....Excellent company to do business with.

I purchased 2 items on jet.com recently…

I purchased 2 items on jet.com recently - both were delivered very quickly. One arrived broken - it was a coffee table and the top piece had a large crack through the entire middle. I requested a return (very easy process) but realized the product was too large to fit in my vehicle to take to a fedex facility to return. I emailed jet.com to try to schedule a pick-up and they responded within literal minutes. I was super pleased with how their customer service handled my situation, so even though I had received a broken item, I would consider giving them another chance down the road.

I have been purchasing from jet.com…

I have been purchasing from jet.com because I found they have the lowest prices, large amounts of items to choose from, and free shipping on items over $35. The only issue I had was that I received an item a week late but that was the fault of Fed Ex, not jet.com. The only thing I prefer about amazon compared to jet is that they use UPS. They were very accommodating when I called about the delivery issue. They have great customer service which is so important to me! I will definitely continue to buy through them.

Want to waste your time, jet.com is your solution
