THE WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I purchased tires on jet.com and found out AFTER I made the purchase that there was only a 30 minute window for cancellation. But wait, it gets even worse, the confirmation email was also sent to me AFTER the 30 minute window for cancellation had EXPIRED! I was told that sometimes the emails don't get sent out right away. Oh but the horrific experience doesn't just end there. I purchased these tires on January 11, 2018, and I was told that I could not request a return label until the items have shipped. So I waited another 4 days for them to ship the tires out, and then I was able to request the return labels. I played the waiting game with them yet again for another another 3 more days for the tires to arrive in the mail. THEN to my dismay, the tires WERE NOT even the right ones that I ordered to begin with. I called them again and they told me that I have to drop the tires off at Walgreens pharmacy. Yes, WALGREENS PHARMACY! I went to Walgreens to drop them off so FedEx could pick them up, BUT Walgreens does NOT accept large items like that. So once again, I had to contact jet and play ANOTHER waiting game with them so they could schedule a FedEx pick up at my house. FedEx couldn't pick them up right away, so I had to wait yet again. All the while, Jet.com is holding MY money from me and is refusing to refund it in a TIMELY manner. So this brings me to today. The tires are supposed to be delivered back to Jet.com today. I contacted jet and asked for my refund and was told that I have to wait an ADDITIONAL 10-14 business days for the refund. For those of you who don't know, that's an ADDITIONAL 3 weeks. I asked them what they could do to provide me with a better experience and I was told that I will receive a full refund. Ahh, you darn right I BETTER receive a full refund. But that doesn't constitute customer service satisfaction. So to add more insult to injury, I was told that they could offer me free shipping on a future purchase. I later found out after contacting jet yet again that the free shipping is in the amount of $5.99. That jethead told me that she could offer me $10. THAT offer was just as insulting as the first offer. I then decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am currently waiting a response from the BBB. I have read through MULTIPLE reviews on this site, as well as jethead's responses to the reviews and it literally BLOWS MY MIND! OF COURSE, they are telling everyone to contact them so they can make your experience better. I mean, they wanna make it appear to others reading these reviews that they're actually going to provide their customers with a better experience. BUT rest assured, THEY WILL NOT DO THAT! I urge jet to respond to this review and publicly post what they're willing to offer as a solution to this HORRIBLE experience. So with that being said, the order number is 304391179339. If Jet.com TRULY values their customers, then they should be more than willing to publicly PROVE just that, rather than putting on a facade that they actually care.

Customer service bad

I feel that jet’s customer service has changed since Walmart(?) bought jet. I received an email from jet that said that if I clicked on a link, the items on the link would be eligible for 20%off. There are only about 20 items on the list. I went to place the order and one item was not eligible. So I contacted customer service which denied several times that the item was on the list. Finally when I took a screenshot, one rep believed me and said that they would fix the issue. But since the item is supposed to receive
20% off (as shown by the list that included the granola) I don’t understand, why the couldn’t make an exception as a gesture of goodwill

Ordered items from Jet.com and items …

Ordered items from Jet.com and items are marked as Delivered but are never actually delivered and instead of getting refunds back for these missing items I get credits which I can't spend on their web site because if I do I wouldn't get the products anyway. Talking to their customer service was like getting teeth pulled out. I do not recommend Jet.com to even my worst enemy. Amazon is infinitely better.

I ordered 3 Kayaks for Christmas gifts …

I ordered 3 Kayaks for Christmas gifts on December 19, 2017. The shipping date said between December 28 and January 5th. I still have not received these items. Each day I go on to use the tracking number it says its unavailable or provides the next day for shipping arrival. I have called Jet 3 times and just told that it a freight problem. My Kayaks arrived in Kent which is one hour away from my home on December 28th and been there since. Now the freight company said they lost one of the kayaks to give them 48 hours. I was supposed to receive a call back from Jet yesterday as a follow up and never did. I tried to call Jet today and waited for 48 minutes on hold and then hung up and tried calling again and waited another 16 minutes. These items were Christmas gifts for my children. It has been almost a month since I placed the order. The funds have been withdrawn from my account. I have been patient, now I'm frustrated and feel like I have been lied to and scammed out of my money with no Kayaks. My children are starting to think I didn't order them!!!! My next step is legal action if something doesn't get done!

First, they sucker you in with loss leaders...

First, they sucker you in with loss leaders. Then, they can't ship eggs without breaking them. Then, they stop delivering fresh food in your area. Meanwhile, the prices skyrocket. The latest indignity was getting a good deal on coffee canceled. Not too thrilled with Jet these days.

Unreasonable refund wait time and bad site management

Ordered a motion light for a on the site and received just a light cover in a box. Customer service agent at first accused me of miss reading Description of item but then acknowledge the listing was a error and sent a return label. That part I can understand mistakes happen, but then I’m told that I have to wait for them to get the item back and inspect it, then 10-14 days from then I’ll get my money back. This has to be the worst refund policy ever. I’ve ordered many things from amazon and if there is a issue they credit you your money back once they see you shipped the item back not up to 20 days later like Jet. I thought I’d give Jet a try and sincerely regret doing so. If they have any hope of competing against amazon they need to step up their customer service and reduce the ridiculous refund wait time.

Jet.com just say no !!!

Got a reply just now from jet.com they wanted to waist my time telling me to waist my time some more.

They sold me the wrong product and because i bought it as a chrismas present its past the 30 day return.

They sold me a locked phone and said it was unlocked. So I cannot get service with any phone company and they wont tell me what company it will work for.

I'm dont buying from jet.com if something is wrong with the product your on your own.

They might see this review and try and run me around a bit more but wont fix my problem.

Horrible service.

Satisfied with my item

Was skeptical to order from this site before. Then a friend of mine introduce me to the BESTREVIEWS website were they provide reviews of items and were to purchase them. Find a few items I like and redirects products to this store and made a purchase. And I was so glad the item was great and as reviewed. They also provide much lesser prices than amazon. Along with other store such as homedepot and walmart. Though shipping period takes longer than I expected. But being a person who purchased a lot online, got used to it already.

First time Jet costumer

First time Jet costumer. I ordered a tool box as a birthday gift for my fiancé. The shipping came way faster than I expected which is awesome. However, there is not a single straight side left on the box. I wish I could attach pictures because it is completely smashed. Not only that but the box itself is tapped up everywhere with scotch tap to keep it closed (I suspect because its so smashed). It looks like I bought a used item off ebay that sat in the back of someone's closet getting kicked around for however long, not a new item by any means. There's no way I can wrap this item and present it as a new gift. I already called and got a return slip and will be rebuying.

Sold me an international phone but told …

Sold me an international phone but told me it was a US phone. So when it broke down the road they told me it was my fault for not checking that it was an international version. Don't buy here, go somewhere trustworthy like amazon.

Best way to avoid Amazon

I have been testing them to get away from Amazon. While they do not have the selection yet I find their prices are often good and my products where shipped FedEx which delighted me. They show great promise and I now go to them first.

NO RETURNS!!

Just received a pressure cooker for Christmas. It was broken. Since it had been 30 days, (ordered end of October), they would not let me return it even though it is not an electronic item. So jet sent us a broken item and won't take it back. Amazon is a much better option.

I was a regular

I was a regular - ordering every two weeks on average and was very pleased. To compare, I ordered some items from Walmart.com and some from Jet.com (according to the cost). Jet.com had Walmart beat simply because Walmart ship items from different supply centers resulting in multiple boxes arriving on different days (not to mention they don't pack as well as Jet.com).

Then, it appears that Jet.com changed the way shipping was handled once they got me on the hook.

I regularly ordered our dog food and received it in two days; suddenly, those orders were taking more than the advertised "two day shipping". Having been a regular, I overlooked their "notice" that suddenly an item that had always before arrived in two days would NOT arrive in two days and had to go purchase another bag to cover the time delay resulting in a squeeze for us financially.

Today, I spent time filling my shopping cart of items promised to be "two day shipping" (which would be Tuesday at this point) only to find that not one item would arrive before the following Friday. Of course, I could pay $26.00+ to get them by Tuesday.....

So much for their "two day free shipping" promises. It appears that Jet.com is now going to be added to my "I used to use them" category of methods of shopping.

Do NOT order from here!

Wow, just wow. I placed an order for tires. If you know anything about tires or wheels, the size matters. So does the model.

I received the tires and they are both the wrong size AND model. When I saw they were shipping I scheduled the appointment to have them put on my car for the next day. I immediately contacted Jet and was basically told they looked it up and it was an error on their end. They then offered for me to keep the tire and they would refund the difference, or they would send pickup, then once they received them they would refund my money.

I let her know that these tires will not fit my car, to which she then actually told me that they should fit and to go ahead and put them on. Do you know how dangerous that is?!? Not only is she wrong but my car could be damaged or I could be hurt!!

I asked for the correct set to be overnighted to me and pick up the wrong ones at the same time. She told me JET does not do expedited shipping. Basically they told me there was nothing else they could do for me. I then asked to speak to someone else and was told there was no one around and they would call me back.

so now I sit with useless tires and I'm out $600. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Did nothing to resolve their own issue. Do not ever purchase from Jet.com. If they send the wrong item they will not fix it for you. Despite it being their mistake.

Razor Crazy cart 360

I ordered my son a razor crazy cart for Christmas shipping was extremely fast. I ordered it on a Friday and got it Monday it was supposed to come with a free helmet but it was only the crazy cart but they did refund me $60.00 for the price of the helmet since we didn't receive it. We set up the crazy cart Christmas eve and charged it all night for the full 12 hours and it wouldn't work at all ! I had one very disappointed son Christmas day. I called jet.com again and she's going to send a free shipping label and give me a full refund on 10-14 days. I left 2 stars only because they are extremely courteous and are very helpful for the issues at hand but I wouldn't risk ordering from this company again.

I never thought Amazon was all that …

I never thought Amazon was all that great until I tried jet.com! It took 3 phone calls to find out why my item (for 11 y.o. Christmas present) still hadn't shipped and now it has taken 3 phone calls to find out where my refund is!
jet.com recommended I go buy my item at the local Walmart! How's that for internet shopping?!? I was not a fan or Walmart before and now jet.com has definitely lost a customer. I think I'll keep my Amazon Prime : )

Excellent Customer Service!

I love Jet. I wonder about all these negative reviews?! I've been with them since they first launched. I purchased so many items from pantry to office supplies. The best customer service ever; no long wait on phone, with very nice and professional agents. I ordered a gallon of Nutiva organic coconut oil, and when I opened it, it smelled weird! I chat with the customer service online, and the agent issued me a free return label. Couple days, I discovered that I've to drive almost 20 miles to the nearest FedEx location to drop off my return. I immediately contacted the online customer service, and the agent issued me a full refund and asked me to get rid of this packet, I was really amazed! I'm a business school graduate student. I can tell that Jet will become a huge online retailer within a few years from now. Please, don't consider the negative reviews, and try it yourself, you'll never regret.
