Scam alert

Scam alert! I entered a ‘competition’ and was asked to pay a £2 shipping fee, which I did, but the payment didn’t work and I was prompted to try again. I then received an email from Jetsetassist welcoming me and providing login information. I have contacted my bank and taken the necessary steps.

Scam

I just used this, I was on Facebook marketplace and I pressed on this saying it’s parcels for less than £2. I made the payment thinking that it would be fine as it was only a small amount, however this morning they took out almost £60 from my account. Please don’t use this company and make the same mistake I did. Stay safe.

Scammers

Scammers! Took 4 unauthorised payments from my account. Thankfully, I got a full refund from the RBS who were very helpful and supportive. Makes my blood boil that "companies" like this get away with it. AVOID!

Scammers. As with others, I took up an offer and they took £1.97 then a few days later £58. Silly me for believing something too good to be true!

Scam

Scam. I fell for an offer on Facebook of a “free” North Face rucksack, when I clicked on it I was asked for £1.97 postage which seemed reasonable. The next day they tried to take £58 from my account, fortunately my Bank didn’t release the money. This is a scam company, beware.

SCAMMERS!

SCAMMERS!
Iwish I could give negative stars
Or zero
This company stated they would charge £2.03 one off competition entry fee. No other fees or info regarding any subscription was mentioned at all. Just to be cautious I immediately emailed to make sure no further payments would be taken
Low and behold 2 days later £60.23 gets taken (stolen) from me without my permission.
This is a scam.
After Querying this again via email to them they stated it’s a 3 day cancellation period which I was not initially informed of. They cancelled the subscription but are refusing to refund me my £60.23.
They keep saying I didn’t cancel yet they were informed on the same day I “subscribed” requesting no further payments were taken
I am reporting this to my bank to request my money back.
Absolute robbing scammers. Avoid!!!
I’ll update this review pending contact from Jetsetassist refunding me my money.
