I bought one of these as my water pressure was very low. The claims seemed too good to be true, but just one click and my water pressure and flow have increased from nowhere. Then I went out and when I came back the device had washed my clothes, made my bed, washed the dishes and vacuumed the carpets. That night it painted the outside of the house, cut the grass and planted a new garden. I wish I had learned about these magic devices sooner.
(Well if you fall for ads which defy physics then you would believe this review too)

This is the classic “if I could give this product a negative rating I would’ review. I’m sure enough people have already indicated the product was a worthless piece of junk so I’m going to warn others about the refund request… I called the company the day after I received the product to tell them I would be returning it. They gave me instructions to put my information (i.e. name, address, order #, etc.) on a piece of paper and put it in the box the product came. I mailed it to the address they provided and waited. Every once in awhile it would pop into my head that I still hadn’t received my refund but it was at a place or time I couldn’t follow up. So finally after 4 months (!!!) I remembered and called to ask them when I could expect my refund. The person I spoke to was nice enough and after advising she needed to check with shipping (I assume) to confirm the item was returned I received an email advising my refund has been processed almost instantaneously. The moral of the story is that in addition to peddling the worst piece of crap I ever purchased online, they are going to do everything in their power to avoid granting a refund and hope that after awhile you’ll forget about it. My advice is to wait 2 weeks after you ship it back then call daily until they process your request.

Do not deserve even one star. Don’t waste your money it’s a total SCAM.

So I ordered only 1 of these devices, 21/8/25 upon checking Pa pal account, this American company, changed the amount to 4 items and consequently ,they also charged me for 4x the amount, without my authorization of any of these actions, I was totally shocked and cancelled next day,also informed them to. They said it was too late,I checked the tracking number and it didn't work,their response was return it but refused to pay
the return. Postage l tod them I was completely unsatisfied with their abissmable actions then I read other reviews on trustpilot 309 one star reviews many of them PayPal customers all unsatisfied and like me feeling totally scammed do not deal with this company they will be rob you ,I am awaiting response from PayPal as I don't understand how they allowed them to alter the payments from 1 to 4x the original price without any proof of confirmation of any order at all hopefully they will remove them and their lying adverts from y tube as well I am retired pensioner worked and paid tax and national insurance all my working life ,but this evil American company has no morals and don't care about all of the poor unsuspecting people they have scammed,be warned.

Absolute junk and won’t respond to refund request even though goods were sent back and delivery confirmed.

It's a tube, valve and two nozzles. Definitely not worth the ridiculous price you pay for plus two additional fees that don't make sense. You can purchase at any hardware store for peanuts. The video is so misleading. There should be legal action taken here. They also know that no one will return it because it is to expensive and not worth the effort.

Don't fall for JetFlux Sono ad on YouTube. I only wanted to order one item as it seemed wonder, but the website does not let you just order what you want. Three transactions were charged to my Paypal account and appeared to be deliberately structured to confuse the buyer - a deceptive practice and potentially a scam. Calling YouTube's attention. Please vet your vendors on your website!

I have owed one of these units only under a different name. What is shown in the video is deceiving. No water from a hose connected to the house bib will do what is shown. What is not shown is the pressure washer connected to it, that is why that little black item is included. It is a pressure washer attachment tool.

On 5/28/25 I ordered (4) pressure washers units from Jetsono. I took delivery on (6/6/25) I opened 1 unit hooked it up and was very disappointed with the performance of the unit, there videos in there online advertisement show high pressure water coming from the end of the unit that is a false statement. I returned this product on (6/13/25) Save your Money this product is junk. It is now (7/15/25) they just refunded my credit card for my purchase. But said that the extended protection plan and shipping cost are non-refundable which means that they’re keeping the money. And you know longer have their product. This is not a Company you want to do business with. There advertising said (100% REFUND WITH IN 30 DAYS) that’s a LIE. Be smart read the REVIEWS and check with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. VERY ENLIGHTENING

fell for this one ordered 1 come to look at my paypal account billed me for 4 i message jets0no with in half an hour said there was mistake i only want 1 they said can not change it you will have to send 3 back to get your money back £94.03 we all know now you will not paypal sided with me put the money back then sided with them took it away then took it back then took it away again so now £94.03 out of pocket wash i had looked here first scammers

If I could rate 0 stars then I would. Absolute rubbish. This is definitely a miss sold item. Do not waste your money. A normal garden gun for £3 will give you better pressure than this rubbish.

Do not buy this product it’s a complete scam and a total load of crap! They even set up a monthly extended warranty payment that I didn’t authorise on my credit card some how through my PayPal account! which I have now stopped and now trying to get the rest of my money back through PayPal. Feel such a fool as I never normally get sucked into this kind of thing 😡

Have been promised a refund for my cancelled order and 7 days later, still await the promised 1-2day return.

I wish I read the reviews before I bought this product, it is utter crap. The garden hose works much than this product. The advertising is misleading, you can buy a better product at Bunnings. I'm not going to bother with a refund as it will cost too much to send it back, take the hit and move on.

The Jetsono JetNozzles are a scam. It is just a tube with an on-off lever. There is absolutely no additional pressure when connected to a hose a connection as claimed in the advertising and web-site. I gave requested a full refund but am writing this review ro hopefully prevent other potential.buyers from making the same mistake I gave made. Please post this review.
