CAUTION - purposely obtuse in checkout process

Spouse placed an order by mistake. I sent email message within 15 minutes telling them to cancel the order. This was their reply:
“I just got a response from the warehouse regarding your order and was informed that it has already been packed and dispatched for shipping, so, unfortunately, no changes or cancelation is no longer possible.”

The website is purposely designed to disguise the ordering process and does not present an order summary to the buyer prior to checkout.

My experience was disappointing

My experience was disappointing. After attaching to the hose, I then started to adjust the spray level.I found that the nut connection at the hose end was also coming loose.Unable to tighten I was being sprayed with water.
