Delivery is always reliable and I've ordered so many pieces and never been disappointed or received anything wrong/missing/faulty. Which is so impressive!
I wish they still did half sizes though and I wish there were more options for stone colours in every ring design.
I prefer the moissanite options of late, I wish Jeulia did more of this, however Jeulia Moissanite is also some of the most expensive around which is strange as I buy Moissanite frequently and GRA certified is far far lower in price elsewhere.
