Item arrived very late and the quality of the item is not as described. The item was ordered for my wedding anniversary in third week of November it arrived in December 2nd week which was way too late. They do not ship the item from Sweden. I asked for cancelation as soon as I learned about the delay. The customer service said, the jewelry is in the making phase and hence making charges will be deducted from your order. It is really pathetic. I let it go! Once the item arrived, my wife put on the necklace and she had terrible allergy around her neck and still she is battling with it. I would urge you to be very careful while ordering anything from this website.
