I had the misfortune to lose my wedding ring some months ago and my husband and I were looking for new, matching rings that honoured the design of our original ring and reflected our love of Scotland. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Jane took time to show fully understand what we were looking for. We were able to try out a range of designs and variations until we found something that suited us perfectly. The rings are even more beautiful than we had envisaged. Jane is an incredibly gifted designer and clearly cares immensely about getting it right for her clients. Recommended wholeheartedly.

I wish I could leave 6 out of 5 stars! Everything about my experience was just lovely. Living in the U.S., I sought out a piece of jewelry from Edinburgh after my father, who was from Scotland, passed away. After visiting the Tappit Hen’s web site, I knew I had discovered right place, as the variety of stunningly unique and beautiful jewelry left me feeling like I’d never need to visit another jewelry shop again! When I reached out to Jane, the designer and owner, to ask if she would be able to accommodate some slight modifications of a piece, I realized it should have come as no surprise that the creative force at the helm of this studio should be just as lovely as the pieces of jewelry she creates! As for the necklace I ordered, it is beautiful and worthy of joining that small collection of pieces that are truly special. If jewelry can tell a story, it seems as if Jane’s pieces do so, and in a way that leaves you wondering what might have happened next :)

I ordered a gold Scottish Infinity necklace with blue sapphires for my daughter from this company. I dealt with a very kind and helpful lady named Jane. Jane has gone above and beyond in making my necklace and helping me purchase and send it abroad with no fuss or bother from my end. My daughter loves the necklace and it's of extremely high quality. I have and will keep using and recommending this company to my family and friends.

We arranged a visit on arrival in Edinburgh, after seeing a wedding ring online. The fabulous Jane helped me decide on a design, different to the one I originally went in for. Bespoke, wonderful jewellery made with skill & love. Can’t recommend enough.

The jewellery is first class. There was a problem with earrings ordered for a Christmas gift but the company responded on Christmas morning and went above and beyond to rectify it. I can’t recommend Tappit Hen enough. Amazing customer service.
