I bought the rose gold family locket as a 22nd wedding anniversary present last week. The locket is lovely, just what I wanted, my wife loved it and is also excellent value. The customer service person, Hannah I contacted was very helpful and I was sent a couple of short videos which showed me the product in more detail.
