I ordered a necklace, bracelet, and luxury box. The necklace arrived completely broken, and the box wasn't included at all. Two weeks ago, I was promised a replacement, but I haven't received anything yet, and my emails aren't being answered.

I placed my order on 30 January and at first received no tracking information or delivery updates. I had to contact the company through multiple platforms just to try to get basic information about my order.
Because I wasn’t getting clear responses, I left a 1-star review based on my experience at that time. After that, communication finally improved and I received tracking details. However, I was also asked to remove or change my review, which I didn’t feel addressed the actual issue — the lack of communication from the start.
I also had to state that I would pursue formal action if I did not receive a response, and only then did the situation begin to move forward. As a customer, it should not have to reach that point just to receive normal order updates.
If order communication depends on email, this should be clearly explained during checkout. Customers shouldn’t have to chase different platforms or escalate matters just to know where their purchase is.
Tracking was eventually provided, which I appreciate, but the overall experience was stressful and could have been avoided with better communication from the beginning. I hope this improves for future customers.

placed order on 24/12, never recieved any order confirmation or any tracking information. all emails and phone numbers i tried to contact i never got a response, cannot cancel or track my order due to not having the correct information to do so. nobody will respond so completely left in the dark. really not happy, i spent £95 to be treated like crap.

First i didn’t get everything i bought, i send u guys an email and u send the missing jewelry to me. Thanku for that. I just have one thing I don’t like about the jewelry. The gold jewelry lost its color. After a few days it was already bronze and silver. For this price it’s really not nice and low quality.
