CON ARTIST, SCAMMED ME OUT OF MONEY

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE JEWELMECCA! DISHONEST SELLER! CON ARTIST! TOOK MY MONEY BUT NEVER SENT ANYTHING
This company Jewelmecca.com is based in South Korea. It looks legit from appearance. It also has a store on Etsy.com with good reviews. So I was confident to make a purchase with the main website Jewelmecca.com.

I made 2 orders with them. The First order was canceled but they never refunded me.
The second order was OK, they sent me what I ordered (for the 2nd order). I contacted them so many times with no response about the First order.
I filed a claim for The First Order with Paypal but they refused to refund. So Paypal recommended me to file a "non receipt". The seller uploaded the tracking Number of the Second Order and THIS CON ARTIST won even though I have all the evidences. SO I'M OUT OF MONEY, IT HAS BEEN STOLEN BY THIS STORE.
ALSO, DON'T USE PAYPAL TO PURCHASE. THE RECENT EMPLOYEES SEEMED INCOMPETENT. I HAVE LEARNED THE HARD WAY TO USE CREDIT CARDS FROM NOW ON.
