I ordered a moonstone ring at Christmas time and it broke the first time it was worn. Jewelryisland was responsive when I emailed them and they swiftly replaced the ring. I’m super happy with their customer service and they made it right. I would recommend this company to my family & friends.

Colour is painted on.
I tested the rings, they do scratch glass, so, I believe they are sapphire, but the colour on one of my blue sapphire rings is getting chipped off, which means that the colour is not infused within the crystal, but is fused on the ring.

Wonderful service! I like that you kept me informed with order and shipping updates! My purple faceted sapphire ring is beautiful and I just ordered the cabachon matching one. The packaging was so pretty and the little tokens included with it are very cute. I love the velvet box, also. Very happy with your company and my ring.
