Hi, I ordered a pearl bracelet for my grand-daughter's First Holy Communion, it was so lovely and I was very pleased with it.
The only criticism I have is that although the bracelet came in a nice presentation box it wasn't fixed into it, which would have made it look much nicer.
However, my grand-daughter adored her present. Thank you

I brought a medical id bracelet for my daughter in July.

I gave this to my daughter as a present and she has advised that the link next to the infinity sign is not complete so keeps falling off.

I have emailed them on 19th July to advise them and heard nothing. I have chased again since then through the website and again no response.

Update 16th July 2024
Follow there below response to my review saying they will be in contact with me no contact has been made.

I have again sent them an email using their email address given on their website with the full email trail. We shall see if they respond.

I ordered a locket with my daughters and my mums picture on it. Totally amazing. My mum passed 2 years ago so I got it for my daughters 21st. She cried because it was so beautiful. Thanks a million. Definitely recommend to anyone
