Responded quickly to my question on a ring that was way to big but offered me a discount code for a second purchase, as they said it was too expensive to send item back and it would probably get seized in customs! Couldn’t find anywhere
To put in discount code!! Pressed pay now hoping it would take me
To another page but it didn’t so have had to pay full price again because you can’t send items back!! I would never ever had ordered if I’d have known you can’t return items!! I’m fuming and out of pocket too!! Ignored my emails since then

Nice item and good customer service

My first bracelet had a slightly faulty clasp and wouldn’t stay closed. I emailed customer service and they quickly sent a replacement - which is perfect. After 2 months of daily wear, the bracelet looks great and is untarnished. Really happy with my experience and will order again.
