We used the Swansea branch. Scott and Harry were outstanding. Nothing too much of an issue. Carried out major work replacing the inspection chamber, and completing the surrounding groundwork. Not only really good result, but they cleaned everything up afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The arrangements went to plan - the pricing structure
was exactly as per described in the website details.
Steven was very polite and knowledgeable and did a thorough job on our drains and on the the follow up quote for future maintenance.

My experience with JF was very positive and I felt they met the standards described in their advert.

The drain camera used by Steven was a big help in identifying the condition of our main drain based on
what was visible underground.

Having attended my property I spent a number of weeks chasing them up with phone calls and emails, most of which went unanswered. Today I called them and the phone went dead. I called again and it went to answerphone. I called again and left a message on the answerphone. This prompted them to respond to me but via an unprofessional text indicating that they are unable to assist with no further explanation. This despite a nice young man visiting me and assessing the issue and indicating a proposed solution the detail of which would come in the quote I never received. I do not understand this from a company that offers land drainage solutions. Perhaps they have too much work on but whatever their reasons and in absence of a proper explanation I would not use these people again. They have totally wasted my time.

Scott was careful and thorough, helpfully explaining the process and the likely causes. He cleared the blockage and left everything clean and tidy

Can’t recommend this company enough- I £50+vat is was they advertise and that’s the price I paid! The engineers were all lovely lads and they let me know how to prevent future blockages! It’s not often you find such a trustworthy company.

Will 100% be recommending in future

Called J F Drainage to sort out a blocked drainage pipe. Scott called the next day and cleared the drain and identified the cause of the problem. On second visit sorted the problem and checked drains with camera. Great service at a reasonable price from Scott who left the site clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this Company and Scott who is extremely knowledgable and a really good worker.

Contacted this company yesterday and promptly Scott attended my property. He provided an efficient, friendly service and resolved the issue. Trustworthy company and it really was £50. Thank you again! We won't hesitate to call again should we need drainage services.

Terrible customer service. Actually quite rude and patronising when you approach them with a problem. Website states CCTV with every drain unblocked. But when I emailed to ask why this wasn’t done they said its drain specific. This isn’t stated on the website so is very misleading. Drain was unblocked but problem not fixed and they wanted another £60 to come back a couple of days later. Wouldn’t use again or recommend

We rang regarding what we thought was simply a blocked drain. Alex from the Swansea office attended and quickly identified a more sinister prognosis of a collapsed drain.
Returning the following day with Scott, the issue was identified as even bigger than first thought, and solutions put in place to get us back to normal service with both waste water and sewage. Each step presented further issues, and I cannot fault Scott's communications and solutions. There were times we had to put our thinking caps on to overcome issues, and the final result was a successful completion of the job in 4 working days. The service was impeccable with a clean as you go principle which pleased the Mrs I can tell you. The beauty of using J&F Drainage was it was a one stop shop. Other drain companies would have identified the issue then over to you to resolve £100 lighter.
I would 100% recommend this company for their punctuality, communication, friendliness and professionalism.

Contacted them 20th Feb. Immediate response online and Scott came on 22nd.
On his hands and knees in the cold and pouring rain he did what they promised.
My drain was unblocked.
£50 as advertised.
No attempt to hassle for further work just a written suggestion for improvements to the drain with no pressure to accept.
Job done!

We just had our drain unblocked by Scott and Alex they went over and over the drain to make sure it was clear what a brilliant job all for £50 I would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends thanks lads for a great job

Scott from the Swansea office attended to my home to unblock a sewage drain. He was professional and even text to tell me he was son his way. On arrival he was polite and courteous and knew his job inside out. He cleated the drain and gave me some excellent advice on maintenance. I will be recommending the company to my friends and family. The price is as advertised a honest company 5 stars to them *****

Excellent work - replacing our sewer pipe. The team, led by Scott, worked very hard over the 3 days and were professional, friendly and approachable. They did a great job and their original call out (to unblock the drain and use CCTV was £50 in total with no hidden costs!!!).

We're very happy with the work they've done and would book them again in the future!

Over the years we’ve had 3 other large companies try to sort out our drainage problem. J & F Drainage were brilliant. Scott was incredible. The system proved to be quite complicated but he stuck at it & eventually got to the bottom of the problem by removing an old bottle that had been wedged in the system 15 meters from the drain cover! 5 STARS PLUS for Scott & J&F Drainage

Amazing service at a great price. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, sorted toilet problem within 20mins. Kept informed of arrival time and arrived at the time arranged. Great service, will use again definitely.

Drain was Blocked, googled drain unblocking and these guys answered at 7pm on a sunday night. Just over a hour later, guy turned up and sorted the problem couldnt have been easy as it was all under the our decking, but just got it done. Professional, cracking fella and couldnt do enough for me to make it rights. Im so happy with the service! Thankyou guys so much, esp on a Sun eve!

Scott has just completed work for me. Highly efficient, knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Should I need to, I shall definitely use J F Drainage again (hopefully with Scott).
