This hotel is poor at best the only saviour for it is the staff who were helpful throughout from reception to bar staff and a real character who drove the shuttle. The breakfast is disgusting served on plastic plates plastic knives and forks paper cups fake juice only the coffee was good. The rooms are basic at best, the view from the window was like looking out on a tip.
The transit buses are disgusting, dirty and falling apart , the company are not being fair to the people who work there and I would not recommend this place to stay at all.

This is a terrible hotel. I would give it a minus star if I could. I stayed for an layover on my way to Europe. There were hookers and junkies outside when we arrived. The noise level was so bad I didn’t sleep at all between the parties in the room and the freeway rooms. There are as a hole in the bath tub.

I tried to cancel and book another hotel for my return. I was told by hotels.com the hotel would need to cancel my reservation before I could get a refund and book another hotel. The JFK Inn said there wasn’t a manager to authorize a cancellation. They gave me an email to write the manager. My email was returned.

On my return I was told the shuttle from the airport pick up would be there between 5 and 10 minutes. It arrived an hour later. It took another half hour in line to check in. Upon arriving to my room, after midnight, there was a cleaner still in the room. They obviously rent rooms by the hour. There were three mattresses leaning against the wall in the hallway. I wasn’t sure if it was from bed bugs or disease. The room next door was having a big party with screaming and yelling. I called the front desk. They came down and I heard him say no noise after 10pm. They continued and I called a second time. It finally stopped after 1am.

For these reasons, do not under any circumstances stay at this awful place,

Excellent value. Friendly staff. Convenient shuttle service. Not a five star hotel but it's the kind of hotel I prefer!
