I had a really positive experience with JF Law, especially working with my case handler Emma Pomfret. From start to finish, I was happy with both the service and the outcome of my claim.

While the case did take a little longer than expected due to the defendant not accepting initial liability, JF Law kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Emma was particularly helpful in explaining each stage clearly, including what would happen if the case proceeded to court.

In the end, the case didn’t reach court as the defendant made a settlement offer for my personal injury claim, which I was pleased with. Throughout, JF Law remained professional, supportive, and knowledgeable.

I would definitely recommend their services to others.

I initially started my claim with another company, but the process was not going well and felt neither easy nor straightforward. From start to finish, Dreadful. Really slow in all correspondence, and dragged out a very simple car crash injury claim for nearly 3 years. At the end due to their negligence in not completely the court disclosure correctly I lost out on about £10k. Even worse, there was an out of court settlement made that JF Law never told me about and I would have been happy to accept. Honestly, a truly awful experience, that cost me a lot of money.
