We had a plumber booked for Saturday 10th January to fix a leak in the toilet.
Despite the main A.12 being shut he managed to negotiate unlit country lanes to reach us at 5pm. He kept us up to date on his progress.
After locating the problem he had to wait for confirmation from our insurance company that the work was insured. At 5.40 pm he got confirmation and quickly went to the nearest plumbing store,which incidentally closed at 6pm. He returned at 6.20pm with the parts and by 7pm had completed the job and cleaned up.
This young man is a credit to your company. He was professional but pleasant and friendly at all times

What a scam. They sanded and sealed my drive (allegedly) leaving a mess which they came back and cleaned a little of. The only sand l have is in sludgy piles left by the wind and rain. Weeds are already growing back and it looks a mess. The dirtied my car, windows, front door and garage. I called to have them come and fix my drive but they didn’t call back to arrange a time like they said they would. If l could give 0 stars l would 😢

Do not use this company under any circumstances, they do not permanently fix the issue, just bodge it up so you repeatedly make claims via the home care policy (British Gas in this case, underwritter Axa). These policies pay upto £500 and when they are exhausted these guys give quotes and do not fix the work fully. Our roof still leaks, we gave them a final opportunity to put the work right and did not attend within the times agreed.
