This dealer tried to sell me a car where the km(mileage) have been changed.

In summer 2016 I have contacted this dealer in gernmany regarding a VW Touareg 3.0 TDI from 2008 for sale, he informed me that the car have been driving 90.000km. The dealer René Wendorf toild me that the mileage is correct. But when I check the car in VW Copenhagen dealer, they could see that the car in 2014 had been driving 190.000km.!”#¤%&.
