Great communication
We were recommended Jiggle by another business which we work closely with. We were not let down whatsoever. Having had mixed experiences with merch suppliers before, we weren't sure what to expect.
However, Emma's constant communication and speed were such a comfort. The product arrived exactly when they said it would and looked exactly as described - if not better! Thank you for our umbrellas, we will definitely be dealing with Jiggle again.

Delivery of the cookies were in time and all came in good shape so all good there.
Quality of the ginger biscuit very nice but eatable logo wasn't always in the same position on the cookie so when placed next to each other looked somehow messy. The personalized logo very nice (a little hard to bite into it)
The chocolate chips cookie wasn't very tasty and image being small was hard to reach product name (I knew it, as was informed after trial but didn't have time to create other more suitable image)...

As mentioned in my email, I am sorry to hear you weren't happy with the taste of the cookies and we passed this on to the factory who gave you a voucher towards another order of some different yummy treats.
As you mentioned we did inform you that the image may be illegible due to the size, and we sent you photos before bulk production, it was a shame there wasn't additional time for you to update the image.

Highly Recommend!
We used Jiggle to help with some merchandising for a Careers Fair at work. After being let down by another supplier just days before the event I reached out to Emma to see if she could help. Emma was absolutely fantastic and so helpful! She spent some time with me consulting on various products that we were able to order in time and she went above and beyond to secure our orders and genuinely went to great lengths to ensure we got these on time to ensure our event was a great success. The quality of the products was also amazing. We ordered Tote Bags, Powerbanks and Pens and these were of great quality :) Thanks again Emma - we really appreciate all of your help and we look forward to working with you again some time soon :)

Great Customer Service
We had personalised tea towels made for the residents at The Hawthorns in Braintree. The customer service and communication was excellent and Emma kept us informed each step of the way to ensure we were 100% happy with the product. Highly recommended company.

cups & pens
The cups & pens jiggle made for us were great. We used them at a careers event and the bright colours were a real talking point and drew lots of people in. Good quality products .... and the pens actually work too
