All we can say is no matter how big or small our next property, we wouldn't trust anyone else with the sale of our property. Chris supported and advised us even before we had taken Jigsaw on as our agents, whilst we were suffering from being let down by another agent's incompetence. Once we had moved to Jigsaw, Chris gave us the same advise which whilst felt a little uncomfortable, he stuck to his word and it all worked out. We sold the house. However, even at that point Chris worked relentlessly making sure we hit the final destination of completion. Chris ended up being the only one that actually got involved when things nearly fell through acting as agent for us and our sellers even though they were with another agent.

My take away from the whole process is that not all estate agents are the same, they are not all cut from the same cloth. Selling your property is not the same as actually completing. If you are looking to move house and want to know that your agent has your back and is willing to go the extra mile to get you to you to your new home, then 110% Jigsaw.

Buying my home through Jigsaw Estate Agents was one of the best experiences I’ve had in the property market. Although they weren’t selling my property, Chris became my main point of contact throughout the entire process and his communication was exceptional from start to finish. He kept me updated at every stage, was always honest and proactive, and genuinely cared about keeping things moving smoothly. It felt like he was working for me as much as for his own client, which is rare in this industry.

What really stood out was how Jigsaw went above and beyond, especially when the chain broke not once but twice. Without their dedication and persistence, I have no doubt I’d be back on the market and would have lost my dream home. In September I completed on my house sale through David at the Jigsaw Camberley office. I would recommend the Company to others as they work as a tight team. Continued attention to detail and dedicated, open and honest communication throughout, particularly when progress was slow at times.

Myself and my wife viewed a property with Jigsaw back in April this year. We have finally exchanged contracts yesterday. Our side and the top side of the chain was great and smooth but the people we were buying from - their solicitors were a nightmare. Thankfully we had Richard to help us every step of the way. Although it wasn’t his job to keep chasing he did every week for us! If it wasn’t for Richard we probably would have pulled out. Richard was great and he kept us up to date constantly he chased everyone and made things that were becoming stressful more relaxed. One word....tenacious! Chris managed our move from start to finish, dealt with a multitude of complexities and an 'ever changing chain'. We were all losing the will to live but he took the lead on the chain and solicitor chasing and managed to pull it all together at the 11th hour and we exchanged!
Finally we got to move!

We have known David and the Jigsaw team for a few years now. Sadly some estate agents do not have good reputations - however we can confidently say David's personal integrity, the way he runs the business, his sense of duty and commitment and his zest for life is so positive. Even when there are bumps in the road (which there always are in house selling and buying) his ability to keep us focused and determined is worth its weight in gold. His sense of humour also carries you through the blips!

Normally I would hesitate to give a 5-star review but in this case it is thoroughly deserved. David at Jigsaw is refreshingly different from most estate agents: purchasing a house through him was a demonstration of how straightforward and positive this process should be. David was always very helpful, professional, proactive and quick to reply to any queries. Thank you for making our whole purchasing experience such a positive one!

Richard at Jigsaw was absolutely fantastic. Having had bad experiences with local 'bigger' agents, we decided to try a smaller independent agent and are so glad we did! Richard kept us informed throughout our sale and purchase, and it was great that we liaised solely with him rather than several different people. He also actually followed through with things he said he would, which is where we have been let down before.

Recently purchased a house through Jigsaw, from the outset they provided a good service and when there were problems in the chain above Chris and Nina were instrumental in holding it all together by being so proactive and communicating well with all parties, would thoroughly recommend jigsaw!

Three Things Made the Difference:-
1. Proof of the Pudding
I first encountered Jigsaw when I was buying a property where they acted for the seller. It was the third property they had sold for that client over time. I was so impressed by Jigsaw's management that, once the purchase was completed, I asked Jigsaw to sell a property of mine. They have successfully sold that too. This experience alone speaks volumes.
2. Determination
Jigsaw valued my property, but the buyer’s initial survey came back with a lower figure. Richard, who managed the sale at Jigsaw's stood by the original valuation and provided detailed evidence to support it. A second buyer survey confirmed the original value. The buyer accepted the evidence and proceeded at the agreed price. This persistence demonstrated Jigsaw’s determination and was helped by the trust Richard had built with the buyer.
3. Grip
This was not a quick sale — it required careful handling over time. Richard took control from the start, staying in close contact with both solicitors, the buyer, and me throughout. In my experience, it’s often the seller who has to chase things along. Richard did it all. He stayed on top of every detail, ensuring steady progress. Actions speak louder than words.

Richard went above and beyond. He was a superstar helping above and below our chain calling and keeping in touch.
I would strongly recommend Richard as he was fantastic and very professional throughout.
