Stuart and Sam helped my fiancè and I move house this weekend, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were friendly, helpful and moved our things carefully and thoughtfully. They made the day sooo much easier than it could have been. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish! I sold my sofa and arranged with Iain to deliver it to the buyer. Sofa was dismantled, carefully wrapped and delivered to the buyer within an hour! The whole process was stress-free. Friendly and efficient—would definitely use Jigsaw Removals again and highly recommend!

Jigsaw Removals saved the day! by moving a king size ottoman bed and mattress upstairs in our new house (that another company had left dumped and battered in our new living room). Iain and his colleague were very capable, friendly, seasoned professionals with a clear respect for the job at hand -- really everything you would want from a moving company team. Dealing with our original company was easily the most stressful part of a move that had also involved 3 emergency plumber and 1 emergency electrician calls. The Jigsaw team brought calm and positivity to what until then had been a disastrous house move!

Great moving company! Had to cancel our initial date due to delay with our mortgage settlement and Iain cancelled the service and refunded us fully with no issues only days before the initial date. After we got a new date we requested their services again, and the guys were amazing and patient. Very quick and helpful loading and unloading our things. Very careful, tidy and and took care of our belongings. Would highly recommend them!

Thanks to Iain for providing a great service for a descent price to move us from Edinburgh to London. Loading and unloading was fast and accurate and when I asked for the last minute flexibility Iain was very open to discuss it. Highly recommended!

We moved home yesterday and we are so glad we used Jigsaw! From the very first email, Iain was responsive, helpful and professional, which eased our whole process for us!
Iain and Martin arrived on time, were friendly and efficient and had everything packed up securely in no time. When we received keys, they were ready to unpack as soon as we arrived, however they gave us 5 minutes in the house to have a look around first, which I thought was a nice touch.
Overall a fantastic service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jigsaw to anyone!

What a team! Right from first contact, Iain was friendly, helpful and put up with all of my questions (first time mover). I ended up with the flat sale from hell thanks to the buyers (my moving date moved twice) but Iain was flexible, unruffled and did everything he could to help while I was having a total meltdown. His team were lovely to deal with as well and everything turned up as expected with no breakages at all. I couldn't be more pleased and thankful for all of his help! I can't recommend them enough!

Iain and his team were brilliant! They arrived exactly on time, were friendly, confident and moved everything smoothly and professionally and had no problem even with more awkward pieces of furniture. They also covered my carpet in the new house so that it wouldn't be marked and provided a cover for the mattress too to protect it while moving. Definitely put my mind at ease! Would highly recommend them, I couldn't be happier with how my move went!

A move is always a stressful event, at the best of time. But especially when you’re moving 500 miles and have moving stuff from 2 separate places. Iain made the experience a light work. He was very understanding and took initiative in all aspects that removes the burden from me. His service is well worth it. And the name of the company is befitting in all aspects. They always complete the jigsaw and open to reconfiguring as when necessary to do this to a high standard they set for themselves. Hoping not to require their service, but knowing if ever in need of it, it would be done so efficiently and effectively, is amazing.

Iain picked my stuff up very quickly, was vers flexible about pick up and delivery times. And made the experience very easy and convenient in midst of packing stress!
