Medication was delivered efficiently and the instructions were easy to understand. I started in October 2023 and I'm now at my goal weight of 110 lbs. My triglycerides are WAY down and my overall health is very good. I experienced almost no side effects, and the communications with the doctors and pharmacists was excellent.

I think Jill Health is a great service. I use it for my weight loss needs and I find the physician, pharmacist, and customer service to be very helpful. I have been using Jill Health for over 18 months and I highly recommend.

I use Jill health for tretinoin and have great service, they answered all questions and the process was pretty straightforward.

The experience was difficult at first because it was hard to get everything lined up as I’m not very good with technology. But once that hurdle was surmounted (I was determined) and I was able to speak to somebody on the phone The weight loss program was instigated and I am happy to report that I have lost 20 pounds in the four months and I’m not having the cravings that I have always had in the past when trying to decrease my carbon and sugar intake. They have vanished. Although I would like to lose another 10 pounds I realize that I will have to focus more on exercise and better eating habits. As I am 69 years old, I have spent a lifetime doing that and it was only successful for short periods of time and then I would always go back to my old ways and gain the 25 to 30 pounds back . This process has been “painless” once it was implemented. It is expensive for me ($368 per month) but worth it. When I think of the thousands of dollars I have spent on weight loss programs that didn’t work (or last). If I hadn’t had to go through the very present challenging, weight loss efforts I may not have known that I needed a good exercise and diet regime in addition to this medication.
The experience didn’t occur on a day (which is the only option below) It occurred over the last five months (Mid March 2024 to mid July 2024)

I’m disappointed with the weight loss program at Jill health. You’re charged $60 a month for nothing - there is no follow-up, no check-ins. A few pre-recorded programs and a monthly prescription (billed to you or your insurance on top of the $60) does not justify the monthly fee

I have had food noise in my head all my life and it is finally quiet. I can’t tell you how much of a relief this is. I knew it was bad but until it was gone I didn’t realize just how much of my day was spent thinking about food and arguing with myself about it.

When I started with the company last year I found it to be a little unreliable, but I did understand there were medication shortages. Since January I've been on auto renew and everything has gone really smoothly and I'm happy with everything.

I have no family doctor and I’ve been on the waiting list forever. I’ve been with Jill Health for a year now.

Jill Health has their own physicians who recommended which weight loss medication would be best for me after my blood work and consultation. They require blood work regularly as well so they really are out for your best interest. My prescriptions arrive from Ontario fast (I’m in BC). They handle my insurance and let me know when they are charging me for the medication. It’s a real easy painless process! They also offer dietician services, I haven’t used them yet but will when I need to.

Absolute dumpster fire of a company.

As many other reviews have stated, stay away. There are other fantastic companies that offer better service then Jill Heath with no unnecessary, money-grab subscription. (i.e. Livewell, Science & Humans, Hims & Hers) I foolishly applied for both hair loss and weight loss programs.

For the hair loss, I needed to submit and resubmit the painstaking online form 3 times, due to errors with their application. I received confirmation that I was a fit, but never received my medication. I emailed them. They let me know there were pharmacy delays but that it was coming. It never showed up. I emailed again but it took weeks to get a reply. The CS agent told me it was an error, that she has followed up with the pharmacy, and it would be fast tracked to me. Again, never showed up. I followed up a third time asking for a refund but the CS agent said they would be send same day. Of course, it never showed up. At this point it's too late to reverse the credit card charges.

For the weight loss program, as others mentioned, they make you pay a monthly subscription but you cannot get an appointment for weeks, forcing you to pay for multiple months before actually getting any of their services. They did refund one or the three months I paid for, but I'm still out $200+ with 0 services recieved.

There are so many other companies that do the same thing but with significantly better pricing structure & service. Please, for your wallet and sanity, use a different company.

I like that the service exists and find the nurse practitioners are very helpful. I have also taken advantage of meeting with the dietician which is included in the monthly fee of $60. I am followed much closer by this clinic than friends of mine who take the same medication via their family doctor. My blood is monitored every three months. what I do NOT like is their pharmacy team. They are constantly making errors when it comes to my benefits and this last time has caused me to not have my medication in time. They claim an oversight on their end...how about we not make mistakes when it comes to medication?? I am considering moving to my family doctor at this point because of the pharmacy team.

Easy to use. Good customer service and good support. I am thankful this platform exists.

At first I thought I didn't need the support to be in a weightloss program. But after going through the process and working with the people at Jill Health their services are definitely worth it. They have asked for my consent on everything, shared lots of tips and tools and want you to continue your weightloss journey in a healthy way. I was skeptical thinking it was a money grab but after reviewing all of the information and having my questions answered right away, I'm glad I went with Jill.

Really friendly, made everything very simple and easy in terms of advice/bloodwork/medication etc. I would definitely recommend!

Changed my life!
I have been using Jill Health for almost 4 months now. I have lost 27 pounds and have so much more energy. They are prompt and on top of my care. Seeing the results motivates me to move my body more and eat healthier. It is not only the weight loss, I have improved sleep, reduced inflammation and improvement of overall soreness in my body. I am a mom of 4, wife and business owner. I don’t have a lot of time for myself.

I am down 30 pounds in about 8 months. I have more energy; I make better food choices, and I FEEL GREAT. I have my confidence back.

I started with Jill Health for weight loss about 10 months ago. So far I have lost about 30 lbs, despite having to switch medications a couple of times when I first started due to supply chain issues. I appreciate the dedication they have to ensuring this medication goes to those who need medical weight loss (not esthetic). The also continuously monitor with regular bloodwork to ensure no adverse side-effects.

The additional support - dieticians, therapists, and kinesiologists are amazing to ensure the weight loss and lifestyle changes are long-term.

There have been rare communication issues/delays but they have always been promptly rectified. I am very happy with my experience and look forward to continue seeing results.

Appreciate that there is a portal like this that offers medicine with no judgement. It is fairly easy to use, but don't love the monthly fee on top of what you pay for medication. Especially as my health benefit provider has informed me that JHealth charges a great deal more for the medication than it trades for if I were to get it through the public health system.

Terrible customer service. Started May 2023 and for 8-9 months, the customer service was terrible. Don't sign up for automatic renewal like I did, as they had withdrawn double a med cost in a month because no one checked that I'd already been charged. Various times I'd ask a question and no response for 4-5 days, until I kept chasing them. Terrible service for a monthly cost of $40 that you have to pay. Seems to have gotten a bit better in the last few months but was so frustrating. Very expensive.
