Origin of t-shirts

Love the designs. As I'm trying to buy more responsibly and couldn't find any information on their website, I contacted them before ordering as I wanted to know the origin of the t-shirts. I was told that they worked with a "supplier who is based in the England". Having received the t-shirts, I can confirm that the t-shirts are made in Bangladesh. It's a shame they don't use European made t-shirts, though I realise this would up the price somewhat.

Excellent

Reading through the other reviews they are a bit mixed personally I've had no problems got exactly what I asked for quick delivery fully tracked so I am really pleased the shirts are good quality the artwork is amazing so I highly recommend them can't fault anything....brilliant thank you Jim'll paint it

The designs are great and the customer service for an item I wanted to return was quick and helpful. Refund was received immediately on returning it.

Have previously ordered many items from…

Have previously ordered many items from Jim’ll, husband loves the T-shirts! This time I ordered him a scarf but unfortunately he wasn’t keen on it.

Checked the website and saw that I could return it at my own cost (completely expected this!) however they provide no return address on the website, you have to email them for it. I put the scarf straight back in its bag and also the outer postage bag and left it on the side whilst I waited for them to get back to me.

Returned the scarf once I got the address details and received a refund, great!……or so I thought. Also received a passive-aggressive email from them saying the scarf smelled heavily of washing powder and that they don’t do refunds on items that have been worn……but they would make an exception in this case but I must never do it again! I was confused as I literally took the scarf out the bag, looked at it and then put it straight back in! I do have fragrance diffusers in my house but highly doubt the smell could have penetrated through two plastic bags!

It’s clear they don’t really want people returning items, as evident by the lack of return details openly displayed on the website. I get this, they are a small business, however don’t state you accept returns if you are going to send a stroppy email when someone actually wants to return something!

As previously mentioned I’ve spent a lot on their merchandise and have never returned anything before, it’s put me off wanting to order from them in the future.

Wonderful customer service

Took them 7 days to process my order

Took them 7 days to process my order. Ordered May 28th didn't receive any type of shipping notification until June 4th. Also should be known that they are a UK company so if you order from them could take up to 30 days to receive said order. Very cool shirts but I will give my business to an American company that I can receive my products from faster.

T shirts that stand out

Love this.
Really interesting ideas, lovely art, good quality products and terrific customer service.
Honestly, anyone who creates a cartoon of Brian Blessed punching a polar bear and puts in on a t-shirt should really be knighted.
I have two of his shirts (the other is that 70s finger puppet) and can see myself spending far too much money here over the long run.

Exchange of Item

I requested an exchange of T-shirt which had been gifted to me. I wanted to see if I could do it without including the original purchaser. Customer service were great and I was able to confirm the original order with them, send the T-shirt back, then they sent out the new chosen T shirt. Total time frame about two weeks.

Firstly i got a bit worried after…

Firstly i got a bit worried after having a few too many drinks and spotting a print called “Ultimate 80’s” i ordered them and then read some negative reviews . Well i ended up ordering not just the 80’s but also the 90’s framed prints and a t shirt. They have arrived today ( not the t shirt yet ) but both prints are 1st rate and good quality. So 5 stars from me even though im still waiting for the Tshirt. Honeslty would order again!

Poor quality and no customer service.

Love the designs but the print quality and customer service simply aren't there.

I had ordered one shirt as a gift and the recipient loved it, so I ordered another some time later plus one for myself.

The one I bought for myself was really badly degraded after a single wash (40 degrees, no tumble dry) and the printed section was sticking to itself in places and peeling.

Hoping this was a one off issue, I emailed the artist to ask about the print quality and sent some pictures. Sadly, after chasing politely a couple of times, I received no response. I've bought an alternative gift now for the recipient of the second shirt as I don't want to give a poor quality shirt as a gift.

I also had the opportunity recently to see the other shirt I had previously gifted, which has also degraded far more than I would expect.

It's a shame as the artist has some brilliant designs. I would have been a regular returning customer if the quality and service was there.

Avoid.

Fantastic items, originally did have to chase a response for my missing order but the problem was eventually resolved.

Worth waiting for the quality.

I preordered a puzzle for Christmas

I preordered a puzzle for Christmas, it was supposed to be shipped on the 9th of December. I've had no confirmation that it shipped. I contacted them 4 times to just get automated responses basically blaming delays on the royal mail strikes which is quite pathetic when you garentee it will arrive before Christmas. Its now Jan 4th still had no response. This is a joke. Jim can paint but can't run a business. Paint me a refund Jim that would be lovely

great prices , t~shirt and printing are exceptional quality and although I (myself) had a problem ordering the help and correspondence I received from the company was excellent, will definitely use again
