Avoid at all costs! The service is average, sometimes even worse than cheaper competitors. Classes are cancelled without warning, On top of that, their practices are shady, if you decide to cancel your subscription, they won’t hesitate to charge you for an entire year without your consent.

Jims just wants to get money out of you…

Jims just wants to get money out of you however possible. If you have injury, they dont care to cancel subscription, they will drag it till you pause it for a very short period. When you move out of Brussels, you still have to pay for their services and apparently with a 4 week notice. If I give a 4 week notice, they will ask for proof of residency, which I will not have by that time. and when you inform them later, they will extend it so you have to pay for all those days you weren't even able to use their services. PURE SCAM!
