I purchased four dresses on April 7…

I purchased four dresses on April 7 2023. I did not receive the package until 30+ days later around mid-May.

When the package arrived, it only contained two of the four dresses I purchased. I checked my Jing account and the two missing dresses are marked as delivered.

Since then, I have reached out to Jing customer support about six times. I have not received an adequate response. Sometimes, I do not receive a response, but the times someone has replied to me, they replied in a way that indicated they did not understand the issue. The first time, the support person had me take pictures of the dresses I did receive. This seems odd and besides the point, but I did it anyway.

I had requested to either ship the two missing dresses immediately or to refund me immediately if they were no longer in stock.

As it currently stands, I do not have the two dresses I paid for and therefore have paid for no reason. I cannot seem to get a support person to handle this appropriately.

To management: please contact me to handle this immediately.

J.ING Scams Their Customers

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order back in March and never received my order. After over a month of waiting I reached out and the customer service said they would refund me and to wait 7-9 business days for it to show on my credit card. After the 9 days I still did not have a refund. I reached out again and they said their system "failed" and to send my PayPal email (sketchy). If their system failed, why should I be the one to reach out on a refund THEY promised me? I sent a reply and they have not replied back to me.

It's pretty clear this company is scamming people and hoping customers forget about their purchases. It's also very sketchy that all of the comments have been turned off on all of their social media platforms. Major red flags all around. I will be filing a claim against them with my credit card as the business they are running is fraudulent.

Please save your time and money and do not buy from this fake company.

Non Responsive and Poor Items

They blocked my email, non responsive on social media accounts, and they do not pick up the phone during business hours.

I received a gift card instead of a cash refund and they refuse to follow up with my questions. Given my experience, I have no interest of buying anything from here again.

Quality of the items is poor and literally disintegrates in the wash.

I want to return my stuff

I want to return my stuff. Email them so many times, they won’t provide me an address to return. They won’t let me return my stuff. Please buyer be aware.

I got my money back after emailing them in Chinese few times.

In the Jing Website, there is a question mark tiny circle, Clike on that, pick return

Write everything in Chinese.
Order number, item you want to return, attached photo of the clothes you want to return. Ask them to refund in original payment. Ask them to prove address to ship it to. They will response within 24 hours. Must write in Chinese

You have to pay for own shipping. They will respond in English to confirm. Don’t respond to email. Go to the website Click the question mark icon again. Write same thing and attached the email that they sent you as photo,

It’s a hassle, but I got my money back

They are a fraud

They are a fraud. I never got my order since last 4 months and I kept following up, first they cooked stories of delay and when I asked for refund they BLOCKED my email. This company is doing fraud and keepIng people’s money and needs to be investigated by US authorities

Fraud! No order, no refund after almost 4 months

Placed an order and after almost 3 months of not receiving the order, I asked for a refund. A month after my request, I am still waiting and they keep telling me lies via FB messenger which is the only way I was able to communicate with them. I noticed on their FB page today that others have had similar experiences. They deserve to be investigated for fraud.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

If I could give no stars I would! I literally asked about the status of my order two months later and was told that it would be shipped soon. Another month later, I still didn't receive any updates or anything so I emailed them again asking for a refund. Two weeks later, I still have not received my refund so I send them another email to realize I've been blocked. LITERALLY BLOCKED. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! And it was a $100 purchase so there it goes.

More than disappointed

Continued trying to get help from this company. Even found numbers to call. No luck. This is such a shame because it highlights trust in capability and reflects poorly on the country where the company is located.

THEY BLOCKED MY EMAIL

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed my order in March, it has been over two months now and my order's still not processed yet. I emailed them a couple times and recently when I emailed them saying I want cancellation, THEY BLOCKED MY EMAIL! Worse customer service ever. I can't believe any busisness would actually block their customer's email....and looks like I'm not the only one! BE AWARE!

Terrible quality clothing (zippers and buttons break off immediately). Shipping took 3 months for the clothes to arrive. Refund policy is a lie, they don't allow returns and customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

Made my order over a month ago and only just received the items. Out of 4 pieces, only 1 piece was delivered correctly, and the rest of the 3 pieces were missing. Instead, 4 pieces of clothing I did not order was delivered to me. I tried to contact their customer centre via email multiple times but my email was blocked by them. I also tried to reach out via facebook but failed to deliver the message too. Seeing that many others have had the same experience, wondering if J.ING would come out and fix the issue.

Fraud, SCAM, STAY AWAY

Fraud! Scam! stay away from this company.

I have purchased items from Jing before and I was happy about them; HOWEVER, I still have not received the order made on Jan 1, 2023 and no news so far.
So sad to see this company went downhill but STAY AWAY from this company now.

‼️DO NOT SHOP AT JING‼️

If I can give it a 0 star, I would.

I placed an order back in March and I reached out numerous of times regards the shipment status, they keep promising my order would be shipped priority. It’s been two months now and I’m asking for a refund multiple times but apparently my emails were blocked.
I tried reaching out via Facebook, Instagram, and the staffs repeatedly said “your order will be shipped soon” despite my request of cancellation and refund. All of their social media platforms have turned off the comment sections.

This is very frustrating and inconsiderate of JING. I will not be shopping here again.

In the mean time, if anyone knows how to get money back from them, please help me!

Terrible customer service

Finally I received my delayed order after 40days since the order done. Jing sent me the wrong item and need to return it .I tried to contact Jing customer service multiple times at facebook, no one respond my requested and ALL e mail sent out to JING customer care, and have been block.
Is it really have someone to take care of customer service.

They literally blocked my email address

Over a month and nothing delivered to me. I have emailed 5 times and on the 5th time I found out they blocked my email address. Can Max Goldberg, Jeff Hsin, Lorina Daiana, Ruxin Zheng, Chenyue Fu, Tin Li, Catherine Bissama, Crystal Hamblin, Amanda Horak, Jarvis Yao follow up with all these complaints? These clowns sent me The wrong product

These clowns sent me The wrong product. I want to return it for a refund. I contacted them and all they wrote back is an offer for a five dollar voucher. I want to send back the product I did not order and get FULL refund. Instead they sent a ugly poor quality dress that was not the same dress I ordered. It was another model and it was ripped and cut too on top of the back . Scam company!
