Customer service
The bycicle is great, very happy with the purchase!
But i want to highlight the customer service which is very good! After purchase i soon got email that my order was shipped with tracking, but after a while i saw my tracking did not update and after contacting Jitesnha Team they provided regular updates to resolve this issue with the transporter and explained every update what was happening. So very good experience!

Thank you, arigato for your kind review.
Fantastic bike
Fantastic bike, which I loved since the very first day. I'm riding it in the city as a commuter since 5 years, except the usual chain and brake service I didn't experience any problems: smooth, fast and always getting some attentions from people nearby. People love the bike, ask me questions or just make a nice compliment.

My experience with Jitensha was…
My experience with Jitensha was unfortunately disappointing. I encountered several issues, including a broken brake cable, a shift-gear system in the backwheel that needed expensive replacement, and a serious incident involving the pedal. Although I reached out to the Jitensha team, their response was unsatisfactory. While I appreciate the bicycle’s appearance, the overall quality does not meet expectations. I would not purchase it again.

Beautiful bike & great service
Beautiful and durable bike - I got the electric version and I am extremely satisfied with it.
In addition to its unique offer to customize your bike from A to Z, I was very impressed by the servicing in the store, quick delivery, and excellent customer service (whether in the store or per email).
All in all a great experience and I could only recommend.

Be careful if you don't speak French
If you dont speak French, it's a lot harder I tried but sadly they stopped answering my questions. May be my question was too complicated, but I still love the product.

Sorry for your negative review. We speak English very well.
We answered you yesterday at 9.14 am. We currently have quite a bit of success so our answers can take up to 48 hours even though its quite rare.
We would have loved to be able to address your specific needs but are unfortunately not able. Some of our clients further customise their Jitensha.
Here is our answer from yesterday:
Hello,
Thanks a lot for your message.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to respond positively to your request. Our builds are certified, and as a manufacturer, we cannot suggest or confirm any assemblies that are not fully certified.
That said, our parts follow standardised dimensions, so you will likely be able to customize your Jitensha further on your own side if you wish.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

I love my Jitensha bike
I love my Jitensha bike!
Loved the fact that I could customise my bike that much. Loved how quickly it came. Loved how quick and simple the assembly was. Love how it looks - so stylish and unique. Love the quality of the materials and build. Really love how it rides. Love that it gets a lot of turned heads when riding around my neighbourhood in London.
Purchase with confidence. These guys are the real deal. Highly recommended.
