Contacted an engineer for emergency as my boiler kept tripping and needing reset. An engineer showed and cleaned the condensation pipe in 5min and asked to be paid £200+ (as emergency response). The problem is that he didn't leave my premises till he got paid. He threatened to charge more for time wasted in receiving the money.
Terrible experience, incompetence too as the problem showed up again the next day.
