NOT honest or honorable

I ordered a dress, it took ~ 2 weeks to arrive, when it did, it was disheveled; shoved in a bag, definitely returned by someone else who didn't bother to refold it. It was NOT the material it was supposed to be, NOT the measurements it was supposed to be, and the color was not red. When I attempted to initiate a return I realized I was never sent a confirmation email with the order #, which is required for the return! I called my credit card co, they denied my dispute claiming I never reached out to the co. I couldn't reach out to JJ's house because they required an order # which I was NOT sent. Out $344+ for an awful, ugly dress. I do NOT recommend this Co, also, they are NOT listed with BBB.

Product absolutely as expected

Product absolutely as expected, right dimensions, selected color and overall quality met our expectations. In addition, it arrived in time.

Amazing dresses!

Great communication from order through to delivery, very quick delivery (2 days!), and the dresses are amazing fit and quality! I will definitely be ordering again!
