Bought a brand new Stromab CT600 from sales to installation the guys at JJS were super easy to deal with and very accommodating to my needs. Even had a follow up visit a few months after installation to make sure we were happy. Zero problems with the saw or the service.

could not ask for a better service not just for parts but for the services we receive year in year out always willing to help weather that be over the phone or with a visit from there trusted engineers, quick with quotes and know when I need parts asap the help pull out all the stops to get parts here quick.

Problem solving, if any, is immediate. I have already bought 2 machines and each time they were very well packed and cleaned. The condition of the machine corresponded to the description. I would recommend JJ Smith to other buyers.
