Email

Email, phone, facebook or mkm. They answer sometimes few days later, sometimes never. You can call the stores during opening hours, often nobody pick up the phone. The customer service is really bad. I'm waiting an order from the german store and a refund from their french fake store (doesnt physically exist) ... Lets see if they manage the order well, i'll rise up my comment .

Been to the commandefest once

Been to the commandefest once. And I’m going again in December because the event itself with all the players was awesome.

BUT: The purchase of the tickets is like a coinflip because sometimes the website just doesn’t transmit all the infos. Paid with my creditcard/amazon pay, got the message from
My bank that the payment is approved and then the Sale just didn’t go through( no fault at my end I checked twice and tried with different browsers, VPN off and so on)

And the second point is: I NEVER saw an event Organisator who communicated Information that bad. The website had (partly)old infos until the event started( like promo cards will be announced), points that you could exchange for booster packs changed and over all it looked like they don’t really care about the promotion of the event. Instagram have wasn’t really any better. It really isn’t that much work to manage a few postings on instagram and get a decent website where anyone can find the up to date information on an event.

Scam: changing price payout mid tournament

Posting a price payout for players with 19+ points and mid tournament changing it to 22+. Absolute disgrace of a company. Get more money than anticipated and payout even less. The promised playmate will probably never arrive as well. Probably illegal and highly shady behaviour.

They are scammers

They are scammers, the worst customer service I have received in a long time. Orders with huge delays, you have to contact them countless times to get an answer and also, after the order arrives damaged, they don't give you any solution. It's a shame, there are many very serious card stores out there, DO NOT BUY HERE.

SCAM ALERT! Recieved broken/damaged & no return and refund!!!

Until now everything I always order was good.
As soon as I decide to order 300 Euro worth of products, they are not packed to be protected, just sent naked. They arrived damaged and now they refuse to take the item back and refund me. It seems like a typical trap of everything being okay when you order small, but as soon as you order big, they send out broken/defect/damaged and you get stuck with it going 300 Euro minus. Be careful!!!!!!
