This is an excellent company. Always have a decent deal with something and shipping is always ahead of the expected date.

I read an email wanting me to verify information which delayed my order. I spoke to an amazing customer service rep that went above and beyond what she needed to make sure everything was ok moving forward with my order. The reason i know she did so well was because we got disconnected and i did the chat with a live person again and got someone who made it obvious she didnt care about my situation. Thankfully the original human on the chat wrote to me via email and continued to make sure everything was handled correctly. I love the prices, i love the "hemp" , and now i love the customer service agent who went above and beyond. I already recommend this business to people, but mow i will make sure EVERYONE knows how much i love this company!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

I've been a customer for years and am never disappointed. My most recent order was top shelf and only cost of fraction of what others charge. It only took 3 days from the time I ordered until it landed in my mailbox. The last 5 strains I've ordered have hit VERY NICELY on both taste and effects. Kudos to JK.

I am a first time customer who discovered this store via my older sibling. My first experience with them has been pretty stellar. They provided me with every single update on my order and it actually arrived a few days earlier than intended. The website itself is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, this is one of the better delivery services out there and you can get a sweet deal for less than $50 (including shipping and handling) on special occasions 🙂‍↕️

I am very unhappy with the service. I should have heeded the other reviews that specifically pointed out unreliability. My first order I made had issues. Received all the confirmation emails, and after seven days I’m informed my order has been canceled due to no response on a hold. There was no communication email or status change with the order until it was canceled. Waiting now for the money to be refunded. I tried to find a way to email support but had to go through an ai chatbot which after an unproductive back and forth finally gave me the customer service support email. The only helpful thing it did was tell me to leave a review and where. If you are looking for punctuality and communication from your vendors, this doesn’t appear to be the one based on my experience.

After talking with customer support, all I was told was “we sent an email and there was no response so policy is to cancel.” I did not receive an email notifying me of any hold or reason why before the order was canceled. Not in the spam folder, nowhere. Entirely different tune in the response to this review than the support email. Which ghosted me after one response. Don’t waste your time like they wasted mine.

Very long shipping even if you paid extra for 2 day shipping

Ordered 78.00 dollars right before New Years and was done in a timely manner. However I only received a box with a sample in it and not the Maine attraction was in it. I order alot and they did not care other than contact shipper buy insurance or don't order. Somebody ruined New Years Eve Thank you for reaching out.

I love JKDistro!!!!! I’ve been consistently buying from them since September of 2024 after receiving a sample. The customer service is top tier 10/10. The shipping service is pretty good. The products are great for the price, you just have to choose wisely. I’d recommend the small ounces. My favorite strains so far are the east coast sour diesel and the white guava. JKDistro is my favorite dispensary. Keep up the amazing work.

At one point in time this was my favorite company to order THCA products from! They use to have amazing deals on shake and small orders but recently the company has seemed to go way downhill! The shake and smalls bulk became a scam to just charge you more for all shake! They also will convince you to buy there fastest shipping option available when most of the time they won’t even send the package out with the correct shipping you paid for, not only that you’ll be lucky if you receive all the product you paid for there’s been 3 different times where over half my order was just completely left out of the box! Unless you are okay with constantly having to be on the phone with some type of customer support or just don’t care to lose money or wait till whenever for your package I highly recommend you don’t use J.K. Distro. It’s a Shame because this Company use to be amazing idk if a change in upper management has happened or what but this is not the j.K. Distro we all once knew and loved anymore.

Great taste! You get a different flavor each time you take a hit. The color is fire green alil like Christmas.I was very surprised and more then happy.

I absolutely love this company! I have not had the issues people who are leaving the one stars are having. If there has ever been issues, I have reached out and it has been handled immediately. I would recommend JK to anyone looking for a good experience at a very reasonable price. Thank you JK for the many years!!!
