Too much cardboard with delivery
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I ordered 82 bottles of flavoured water & they all came in big cardboard boxes which we had to cut up in small pieces in order to get them in the recycling bin. They could have easily been delivered on one of those trolleys it would have been a lot easier & saved all that cardboard too. Love the water though

In regards to the packaging, we completely understand your point about the cardboard and the extra work it created for recycling. Gosh, we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. At the moment, we’re not able to dispatch stock using a third-party trolley system without it being fully wrapped and protected, which is why orders are boxed for safe delivery.
That said, we are always looking for ways to improve sustainability and reduce waste. We’ve recently taken steps towards more eco-friendly operations, and we will continue exploring greener and more streamlined delivery solutions wherever possible.
