Frustrating Experience – Stuck in Order Limbo
I am extremely disappointed with the service from J.Lindeberg. I placed two separate orders on April 30th, and as of May 11th—nearly two weeks later—the items have still not shipped.
When I contacted customer service to check on the status, I was informed that the orders had not been fulfilled and they could not guarantee shipping within the next two days. Despite this significant delay on their end, when I requested to cancel the orders, my request was flatly rejected. I was told that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed under any circumstances.
It is completely unreasonable to hold a customer’s payment hostage for weeks while failing to ship the product, all while refusing a cancellation request for an order that hasn't even left the warehouse. If you value timely shipping or responsive customer service, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
Issues:
Significant shipping delays: No movement after 11+ days.
Inflexible policies: Refusal to cancel unfulfilled orders.
Poor customer resolution: No effort to rectify the delay.
